Claims (10)
- (a) 25 중량% 내지 75 중량% 범위의 수분 함량을 갖는 함수(water-moist) 셀룰로스 에테르를 물에서 팽윤성이지만 수불용성이고, 가교되고 부분적 중화된 폴리아크릴산으로부터 선택된, 건조 셀룰로스 에테르를 기준으로 0.5 중량% 내지 2 중량%의 미세분말 초흡수성 중합체(SAP)와 혼합시켜 밀베이스를 생성하는 단계; 및(b) 밀베이스를 건조시키고 밀링시키거나 또는 밀링-건조시키는 단계를 포함하는, 점도 및 미세도가 증가된 셀룰로스 에테르 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 함수 셀룰로스 에테르의 수분 함량이 45 중량% 내지 65 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 추가 첨가제를 단계 (a)에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀베이스의 수분 함량이 밀베이스의 총 중량을 기준으로 45 중량% 내지 80 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 셀룰로스 에테르가 메틸 셀룰로스 또는 메틸히드록시알킬 셀룰로스로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법을 통해 수득가능한 셀룰로스 에테르 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 2.55 s-1 전단 기울기 및 20℃의 2 중량% 수용액에서 40000 mPas 초과의 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스 에테르 조성물.
- 제6항에 따른 셀룰로스 에테르 조성물로 이루어진 건축 구조재용 첨가제.
