Abstract
Description
도 2은 본 발명에 따른 수소 분리막 보호층 개념도를 나타낸다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 개질 촉매와 수소 분리막을 연계한 반응분리동시공정 구성개념도를 나타낸다.
도 4a 내지 도 4d는 본 발명에 따른 수소 분리막 보호층 코팅 사진으로, 팔라듐계 수소분리막 표면에 Cu-Al2O3 보호층이 형성된 사진이다. 여기서, 도 4a는 수소분리막(표면), 도 4b는 수소분리막(단면), 도 4c는 분리막보호층 코팅사진(표면), 도 4d는 분리막보호층 코팅사진(단면)이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 분리막 보호층 코팅 후 400℃에서 압력별로 팔라듐계 수소분리막의 수소투과 성능을 나타낸다.

Claims (7)
- 치밀질 수소분리막층의 표면에 수소분자 및 수소원자를 표면 이동시킬 수 있는 금속과 세라믹의 코팅으로 형성된 서멧(cermet) 형태이고, 상기 서멧은 컬럼형상을 가지는 분리막 보호층
- 제1항에 있어서, 분리막 보호층의 두께는 50㎚~3㎛, 보호층으로 코팅하는 금속과 세라믹의 평균직경이 5㎚~2㎛를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막 보호층
- 제1항에 있어서, 분리막 보호층이 갖는 기공도는 5~50%를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막 보호층
- 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹 성분은 산화물계, 비산화물계, 질화물계 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막 보호층
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서멧 사이에는 공극이 형성돼서, 상기 치밀질 수소분리막층의 표면의 일부가 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막 보호층
- 치밀질 수소분리막층의 표면에 금속과 세라믹을 코팅하여 서멧을 컬럼형상으로 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 수소 분리막 보호층 제조방법.
