Claims (10)
- 2개 이상의 병렬 배치된 하이드록실 암모늄 제조 유닛내에서 하이드록실 암모늄을 생성함을 특징으로 하는, 니트레이트(nitrate) 이온 또는 질소 산화물을 촉매의 존재하에 수소에 의해 환원시킴으로써 하이드록실 암모늄을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,하나 이상의 병렬 배치된 하이드록실 암모늄 제조 유닛내에서 촉매를 대체함으로써 적어도 하나의 병렬 배치된 하이드록실 암모늄 제조 유닛내에서 하이드록실 암모늄을 계속적으로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,하이드록실 암모늄이 인산 완충된 무기 공정액으로 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,사용된 촉매가 지지체상의 백금, 팔라듐 또는 팔라듐과 백금의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 지지체가 탄소 또는 알루미나 지지체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,사용된 촉매가 탄소상 팔라듐 촉매로서, 촉매가 지지체와 촉매의 총 중량에 대해 5 내지 15중량%의 팔라듐 및 0.01 내지 1중량%의 게르마늄을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,2개 또는 3개의 하이드록실 암모늄 제조 유닛이 병렬로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 사이클로헥사논 옥심의 제조 방법으로서,무기 공정액을 하이드록실 암모늄 합성 구역에서 사이클로헥사논 옥심 합성 구역으로 순환시키고 다시 하이드록실 암모늄 합성 구역으로 되돌리고, 상기 하이드록실 암모늄 합성 구역에서 니트레이트 이온 또는 질소 산화물을 촉매의 존재하에 수소에 의해 환원시킴으로써 하이드록실 암모늄을 형성하고, 상기 사이클로헥사논 옥심 합성 구역에서 하이드록실 암모늄이 사이클로헥사논과 반응하여 사이클로헥사논 옥심을 형성하되,상기 하이드록실 암모늄 합성 구역에서 하이드록실 암모늄을 제 1항 내지 제 7항중 어느 한 항에 따라 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는, 사이클로헥사논 옥심의 제조 방법.
- 하이드록실 암모늄 합성 구역이 2개 이상의 병렬 배치된 하이드록실 암모늄 제조 유닛을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 하이드록실 암모늄 합성 구역 및 사이클로헥사논 옥심 합성 구역을 포함하는, 제 8항의 방법에 따라 사이클로헥사논 옥심을 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 하이드록실 암모늄 합성 구역이 3개 또는 4개의 병렬 배치된 하이드록실 암모늄 제조 유닛을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
