Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 수용가능한 염을 제제하기 위한 공정에 있어서,상기 식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 수용가능한 염을 제공하기 위하여 식 III의 화합물의 촉매 환원보다 앞서 식 III의 화합물을 제공하기 위하여 촉매 산화제 및 옥시던트로 식 II의 설파이드를 산화시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 식 II의 설파이드를 산화시키는 단계는 2pH보다 적은 상태에서, 그리고 40℃ 및 60℃ 사이의 온도에서 행해지고,상기 식 III의 화합물의 촉매 환원 단계는 팔라듐 촉매, 플래티늄 촉매 또는 루테늄 촉매로 인한 촉매 하이드로제네이션을 포함하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 산화제는 텅스텐 산화제인 공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 텅스텐 산화제는 소듐 텅스텐인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화제는 페록사이드인 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 페록사이드는 소듐 페록사이드인 공정.
