Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 알루미나가 코팅된 스핀넬과 탄화규소가 25:75-75:25 중량%의 혼합비를 이루고 있는 내화재료 100 중량부에, 미분의 알파알루미나 1-15 중량부 및 감마 알루미나 1-15 중량부가 포함된 내화재 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 스핀넬은 알루미나 잉여 스핀넬인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 알루미나가 코팅된 스핀넬은 입도 범위가 0.5 - 10 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 탄화규소 조성물의 입도 범위가 0.005 - 5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 알파알루미나 조성물의 입도 범위가 0.01-0.5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 감마알루미나는 그 입자크기가 0.5 mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 감마알루미나는 조성물의 첨가형태가 알루미나졸의 형태로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- (i) 스핀넬 분말에 알루미나를 코팅시키는 단계;
(ⅱ) 상기 알루미나가 코팅된 스핀넬과 탄화규소가 25:75-75:25 중량%의 혼합비를 이루고 있는 내화재료 100 중량부에, 미분의 알파알루미나 1-15 중량부 및 감마 알루미나 1-15 중량부를 첨가하여 혼합물을 만드는 단계;
(ⅲ) 상기 혼합물에 물을 소량 첨가하고 성형하여 성형체를 만드는 단계;
(ⅳ) 상기 성형체에서 수분을 제거하여 건조하는 단계; 및
(v) 상기 건조된 성형체를 열처리 하여 감마알루미나를 알파알루미나로 상전이시키는 단계;
를 포함하는 내화재 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 알루미나가 코팅된 스핀넬은 입도 범위가 0.5-10 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화재 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 탄화규소 조성물의 입도 범위가 0.005-5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화재 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 알파알루미나 조성물의 입도 범위가 0.01-0.5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화재 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 감마알루미나는 그 입자크기가 0.5 mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화재 조성물의 제조방법.
