Abstract
Description
도 2 는 실시예 1 에서 얻어진 Al-In-Si 복합 재료로부터 얻어진 Al 용사막에 대한 열처리 온도 (℃) 와 용해 전류 밀도 (㎃/㎠) 의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3 은 실시예 1 에서 얻어진 Al 용사막이 형성된 기재에 부착된 부착막의 박리 상태를 나타내는 사진이다.
Claims (5)
- 4 N Al 또는 5 N Al 에, Al 기준으로, 2 ∼ 5 wt% 의 In 및 Al 중에 존재하는 불순물 Si 량과의 합계로 0.04 ∼ 0.6 wt% 가 되는 양의 Si 를 첨가하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수 (水) 반응성 Al 복합 재료.
- 4 N Al 또는 5 N Al 에, Al 기준으로, 2 ∼ 5 wt% 의 In 및 Al 중에 존재하는 불순물 Si 량과의 합계로 0.04 ∼ 0.6 wt% 가 되는 양의 Si 를 첨가한 재료를 조성이 균일해지도록 용융시키고, 이 용융 재료를 기재 표면에 대해 용사하고 급랭 응고시킴으로써 성막하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수 반응성 Al 막의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 수 반응성 Al 복합 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수 반응성 Al 막.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 수 반응성 Al 복합 재료로 이루어지는 수 반응성 Al 막 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 수 반응성 Al 막을 표면에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 성막 장치의 성막실용 구성 부재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 구성 부재가 방착판, 셔터 또는 마스크인 것을 특징으로 하는 성막 장치의 성막실용 구성 부재.
