Claims (15)
- a) 반복 단위 사이에 포스포다이에스터 결합을 포함하는 캡슐형 폴리사카라이드를 생성하는 스트렙토코커스 뉴모니에(Streptococcus pneumoniae) 세균 세포의 발효 배양물을 제조하는 단계;
b) CO2를 상기 발효 배양물에 공급하는 단계;
c) 세균 세포를 상기 발효 배양물에 용해시키는 단계; 및
d) 스트렙토코커스 뉴모니에 캡슐형 폴리사카라이드를 상기 발효 배양물로부터 단리하는 단계
를 포함하는, 반복 단위 사이에 포스포다이에스터 결합을 포함하고 480 kDa 이상의 분자량을 갖는 단리된 스트렙토코커스 뉴모니에 캡슐형 폴리사카라이드를 함유하는 용액을 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
스트렙토코커스 뉴모니에 캡슐형 폴리사카라이드가 혈청형 19A인, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
스트렙토코커스 뉴모니에 캡슐형 폴리사카라이드가 혈청형 6A인, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
스트렙토코커스 뉴모니에 캡슐형 폴리사카라이드가 혈청형 19F인, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
스트렙토코커스 뉴모니에 캡슐형 폴리사카라이드가 혈청형 6B인, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
CO2를 발효 배양물에 공급하는 단계가 중탄산염 이온(HCO3 _)을 발효 배양물에 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
