Description
도 2는 본 발명에 의한 유체 팬 클러치의 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 의한 유체 팬 클러치의 단면사시도로서, 유체가 유체작동실로 유입되는 상태를 도시한다.
도 4는 밸브링과 체크밸브의 장착구조를 도시하는 분해사시도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 포함되는 하우징커버의 저면사시도이다.
도 6은 유체가 유체작동실로 유입되는 경우의 밸브링과 체크밸브의 결합구조를 도시하는 사시도이다.
도 7은 본 발명에 의한 유체 팬 클러치의 단면사시도로서, 유체가 유체저장실로 회송되는 상태를 도시한다.
도 8은 유체가 유체저장실로 회송되는 경우의 밸브링과 체크밸브의 결합구조를 도시하는 사시도이다.

Claims (6)
- 오목한 형상의 유체작동실(D)이 가운데 부위에 형성되는 하우징본체(110)와, 오목한 형상의 유체저장실(S)이 가운데 부위에 형성되며 상기 유체작동실(D)의 개구부를 덮도록 적층되는 하우징커버(120)로 구성되되, 상기 유체저장실(S)의 바닥판과 측벽에는 유체회수구(126)와 유체배출구(123)가 각각 형성되는 팬하우징(100);
상기 하우징본체(110)의 바닥판을 관통하도록 장착되는 로터회전축(200);
상기 유체작동실(D) 내의 로터회전축(200)에 고정 결합되는 로터(300);
상기 유체저장실(S)의 내벽에 밀착되는 링 형상으로 형성되며 상기 유체배출구(123)와 대응되는 지점에 관통공(502)이 형성되는 밸브링(500);
회전 가능한 구조로 상기 유체저장실(S) 내에 장착되되, 회전 각도에 따라 상기 유체회수구(126)와 상기 관통공(502) 중 어느 하나는 밀폐시키고 다른 하나는 개방시키는 체크밸브(600);
를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 유체저장실(S)의 바닥판에는, 일측이 상기 유체회수구(126)와 대응되고 타측이 상기 유체작동실(D)의 가장자리 부위에 위치되도록 연장되는 회수유로(124)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 팬 클러치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 체크밸브(600)는, 상기 유체저장실(S) 바닥의 중심을 기준으로 방사형으로 연장되어 상기 회수유로(124)를 개폐시키는 다수 개의 연장날개(610)와, 상기 연장날개(610)로부터 직각 방향으로 연장되어 상기 관통공(502)을 개폐시키는 절곡부(620)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 팬 클러치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 밸브링(500)은 원주방향으로 자성부와 비자성부가 교번으로 배열되도록 구성되고, 상기 절곡부(620)는 자성체로 제작되어,
상기 체크밸브(600)는 상기 밸브링(500)으로의 전류 인가 여부에 따라 상기 절곡부(620)가 상기 관통공(502)을 폐쇄하거나 개방시키도록 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 팬 클러치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 관통공(502)은 상기 비자성부에 형성되고,
별도의 외력이 인가되지 아니하는 한 상기 절곡부(620)가 상기 관통공(502)을 폐쇄시키는 지점에 위치되도록 상기 체크밸브(600)에 복원회전력을 인가하는 복원수단이 추가로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 팬 클러치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 체크밸브(600)의 회전범위를 한정하는 스토퍼(128)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 팬 클러치.
