Claims (11)
- 기재층;
상기 기재층 상부에 형성되는 발포층;
상기 발포층 상부에 형성되는 인쇄층; 및
상기 인쇄층 상부에 형성되는 부분발포층;을 포함하고,
상기 발포층 및 부분발포층은 비정질 PLA를 포함하는 PLA 수지를 포함하고, 상기 비정질 PLA를 포함하는 PLA 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 발포제를 0.5 ~ 5 중량부 포함하며,
상기 발포제는 평균 입경이 3 ~ 30 ㎛이고,
상기 인쇄층은 인쇄 무늬를 포함하며,
상기 부분발포층은 상기 인쇄 무늬를 따라 부분적으로 발포된 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 시트.
- 기재층;
상기 기재층 상부에 형성되는 발포층;
상기 발포층 상부에 형성되는 인쇄층;
상기 인쇄층 상부에 형성되는 부분발포층; 및
상기 부분발포층 상부에 형성되는 표면처리층;을 포함하고,
상기 발포층 및 부분발포층은 비정질 PLA를 포함하는 PLA 수지를 포함하고, 상기 비정질 PLA를 포함하는 PLA 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 발포제를 0.5 ~ 5 중량부 포함하며,
상기 발포제는 평균 입경이 3 ~ 30 ㎛이고,
상기 인쇄층은 인쇄 무늬를 포함하며,
상기 부분발포층은 상기 인쇄 무늬를 따라 부분적으로 발포된 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 시트.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 비정질 PLA를 포함하는 PLA 수지는 졸 형태를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 시트.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 발포층 및 부분발포층 중 하나 이상은 비정질 PLA를 포함하는 PLA 수지 및 바이오 수지가 블렌드된 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 시트.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 바이오 수지는 셀룰로오스(Cellulose), 키틴(Chitin), 녹말(Starch), PHA(Poly Hydroxyl Alkanoate), PHBV(Hydroxy Butyrate Valerate), PVA(Poly Vinyl Alcohol), PGA(Poly Glycolic Acid), PBS(Poly Butylene Succinate), PBSA(Poly Butyleneadipate-co-Butylene Succinate), PBAT(Poly Butylene Adipate Terephthalate), PCL(Poly Capro Lactone), 폴리(에스테르-아미드)(Poly(Ester-Amide)) 및 폴리(에스테르-우레탄)(Poly(Ester-Urethane)) 중 선택되는 하나 이상의 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 시트.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 발포층 및 부분발포층 중 하나 이상은 비정질 PLA를 포함하는 PLA 수지 및 합성수지가 블렌드된 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 시트.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 합성수지는 PVC(polyvinyl chloride), PEG(polyethylene glycol), EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate), TPE(thermo plastic elastomer), TPU(thermoplastic polyurethane), TPS(thermo plastic starch), ENR(epoxidized naturalrubber), 아이오노머(Ionomer), SBS(styrene butadiene styren), NBR(nitrilebutadiene rubber), SEBS(styrene ethylene butylenes styrene), 아크릴레이트(acrylate), ABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), 상용화제를 포함하는 변성폴리올레핀(polyolefin modified with compatibilizer), PU(polyurethane), 폴리아마이드, 폴리에스테르 중 선택되는 하나 이상의 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 시트.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 발포층 및 부분발포층 중 하나 이상은 가소제, 가공조제 중 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 시트.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 발포층 및 부분발포층 중 하나 이상은 비정질 PLA를 포함하는 PLA 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 가소제 10~50중량부, 가공조제 1~10중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 시트.
- 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 발포층 및 부분발포층 중 하나 이상은 충진제, 활제, 가교제, 열안정제, 발포안정제 중 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 시트.
- 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 부분발포층은 비정질 PLA를 포함하는 PLA 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 충진제 50~150중량부, 활제 0.1~8중량부, 가교제 0.2~5중량부, 열안정제 0.1~10중량부, 발포안정제 0.1~5중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 시트.
