Claims (20)
- a) UV 경화형 관능기 함유 바인더 수지;b) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 불소계 화합물;c) 광개시제; 및d) 나노 실리카를 포함하고,상기 a) UV 경화형 관능기 함유 바인더 수지는, 아크릴레이트류, 메타크릴레이트류 또는 비닐류의 다관능성 또는 단관능성의 모노머 또는 올리고머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 조성물.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서,R1은 -O-CH2CH2(CF2)xCF3(0≤x≤20)이고,R2는 R1과 같거나, 자외선 경화형 (메타)아크릴 함유 화합물로부터 유래된 관능기이고,R3는 자외선 경화형 (메타)아크릴 함유 화합물로부터 유래된 관능기이며,상기 자외선 경화형 (메타)아크릴 함유 화합물은, (메타)아크릴산, 메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 헥실(메타)아크릴레이트, 도데실(메타)아크릴레이트, 스테아릴(메타)아크릴레이트, 벤질(메타)아크릴레이트, 및 사이클로헥실(메타)아크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 1종 이상이다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 a) UV 경화형 관능기 함유 바인더 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 상기 b) 화학식 1로 표시되는 불소계 화합물의 함량은 0.5~20 중량부이고, 상기 c) 광개시제의 함량은 1~20 중량부이고, 상기 d) 나노 실리카의 함량은 0.5~50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, e) 0.5~50 중량부의 전도성 무기 입자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, f) UV 안정제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 조성물.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 d) 나노 실리카의 입경은 0.5~50 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 d) 나노 실리카는 실란커플링제, 에폭시화합물, 수산기 함유 화합물 및 이소시아네이트 화합물 중에서 선택되는 물질로 표면 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 e) 전도성 무기 입자의 입경은 0.5~100 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 e) 전도성 무기 입자는 주석이 도핑된 산화 인듐 (Tin-doped indium oxide, ITO), 안티몬이 도핑된 산화 주석(Antimony-doped tin oxide, ATO), 안티몬이 도핑된 산화 아연(Antimony-doped zinc oxide, AZO), 산화 주석(Tin Oxide, SnO2) 및 산화 아연(zinc oxide, ZnO2) 중에서 선택되는 물질로 형 성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 e) 전도성 무기 입자는 실란커플링제, 에폭시화합물, 수산기 함유 화합물 및 이소시아네이트 화합물 중에서 선택되는 물질로 표면 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 a) UV 경화형 관능기 함유 바인더 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 10~1000 중량부의 용제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4, 및 청구항 7 내지 12 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅 조성물을 기재 상에 코팅하는 단계; 및코팅된 코팅 조성물을 건조 및 광경화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 기재는 폴리에스터, 트리아세틸셀룰로즈, 올레핀 공중합체 및 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 중에서 선택되는 물질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물의 코팅 두께는 0.5~300 ㎛인 것을 특 징으로 하는, 코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 광경화 단계에서의 자외선 조사량은 0.05 ~ 2 J/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- a) UV 경화형 관능기 함유 바인더 수지; b) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 불소계 화합물; c) 광개시제; 및 d) 나노 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 필름:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서,R1은 -O-CH2CH2(CF2)xCF3(0≤x≤20)이고,R2는 R1과 같거나, 자외선 경화형 (메타)아크릴 함유 화합물로부터 유래된 관능기이고,R3는 자외선 경화형 (메타)아크릴 함유 화합물로부터 유래된 관능기이며,상기 자외선 경화형 (메타)아크릴 함유 화합물은, (메타)아크릴산, 메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 헥실(메타)아크릴레이트, 도데실(메타)아크릴레이트, 스테아릴(메타)아크릴레이트, 벤질(메타)아크릴레이트, 및 사이클로헥실(메타)아크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 1종 이상이다.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 상기 코팅 필름의 두께는 0.5 ~ 300 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 필름.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 상기 코팅 필름의 적어도 일면에 기재가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 필름.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 상기 기재는 폴리에스터, 트리아세틸셀룰로즈, 올레핀 공중합체 및 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 중에서 선택되는 물질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅 필름.
