- 광섬유에 제1간격으로 격자가 새겨진 제1격자부와, 상기 제1격자부와 이격되되 상기 제1간격으로 격자가 새겨진 제2격자부를 갖는 제1군 격자부와, 상기 제1간격과 다른 제2간격으로 격자가 상기 광섬유에 새겨진 제3격자부를 갖는 제2군격자부로 된 광섬유 격자 센서와;
상기 제2군격자부는 측정대상체에 스트레인과 온도를 모두 인가받을 수 있도록 고정하고, 상기 제1군격자부는 상기 측정대상체로부터 스트레인을 비인가받고 온도에만 반응하도록 상기 광섬유 격자센서를 상기 측정대상체에 고정하는 고정부와;
상기 광섬유격자 센서에 광을 송출하고, 상기 광섬유 격자센서의 상기 제1군 격자부에 의한 브래그 파장변화로부터 온도를 산출하고, 상기 제1군격자부와 상기 제2군 격자부의 브래그 파장 변화의 차로부터 스트레인을 산출하는 온도/스트레인 산출기;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 격자센서를 이용한 온도/스트레인 측정 시스템. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 온도/스트레인 산출기는
광원과;
상기 광원에서 출사되는 입력광을 상기 광섬유 격자센서에 전송하고, 상기 광섬유격자센서에서 반사된 광을 상기 입력광과 분리되게 출력하는 광분배기와;
상기 광섬유격자센서로부터 반사되어 상기 광분배기를 통해 출력되는 반사광의 스펙트럼으로부터 측정대상체에 대한 온도 및 스트레인을 구하는 온도/스트레인 산출부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 격자를 이용한 온도/스트레인 측정시스템.
