Claims (20)
- 셀룰로오스 섬유(Cellulose fiber), 유리 섬유(glass fiber) 및 유기질 섬유(organic fiber)로 이루어진 혼용 부직포; 및
상기 혼용 부직포 상부에 코팅된 방수 코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼용 부직포는
상기 셀룰로오스 섬유 30 ~ 70 중량%, 상기 유리 섬유 28 ~ 60 중량% 및 유기질 섬유 2 ~ 20 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스 섬유의
평균 직경은 5 ~ 100㎛이고, 평균 길이는 1 ~ 30mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유리 섬유 및 유기질 섬유 각각의
평균 직경은 5 ~ 20㎛이고, 평균 길이는 1 ~ 30mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼용 부직포의 평량은

아크릴 바인더 고형분 3 ~ 30 중량%, 물 10 ~ 50 중량%, 무기필러 20 ~ 70 중량%, 발수제 0.5 ~ 10 중량%, 안료 0.5 ~ 5 중량% 및 항균제 0.2 ~ 5 중량%를 포함하는 방수 코팅액으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 방수 코팅액의 점도는
50 ~ 500 cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지.

상기 발수제는

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방수 코팅층은
상기 혼용 부직포 상부 표면에서부터 중심부 방향의 두께를 기준으로 5 ~ 80% 범위까지 침투된 코팅 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 방수 코팅층 미 침투 영역의 상기 혼용 부직포 평균 기공 크기(Pore size)는 10 ~ 100㎛이고,
상기 방수 코팅층이 침투된 영역의 상기 혼용 부직포 평균 기공 크기(Pore size)는 5 ~ 50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면 방수지 전체 두께는
0.27 ~ 0.57mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기질 보드는
중질섬유판(Medium Density Fibreboard; MDF), 합판, 무석면 섬유강화 시멘트(Cellulose fiber Reinforced Cement) 보드, 마그네슘보드, 집성목, 고밀도섬유강화 (High density fiber (High density fiberboard), 세라믹타일, 포셀린타일, 세라믹보드, 석고보드, 시멘트보드 및 MgO보드 중 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지.
- (a) 셀룰로오스 섬유(Cellulose fiber), 유리 섬유(glass fiber) 및 유기질 섬유(organic fiber)를 혼합하여 혼용 부직포를 제조하는 단계;
(b) 아크릴 바인더 고형분, 물, 무기필러, 발수제, 안료 및 항균제를 포함하는 방수 코팅액을 제조하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 혼용 부직포 상부에 상기 방수 코팅액을 도포하고, 건조시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계의 도포 방법은
드럼(Drum) 코팅, 롤(Roll) 코팅, 나이프(Knife) 코팅 및 콤마(Comma) 코팅 중 선택되는 하나의 방법으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계의 건조는
100 ~ 200℃의 온도에서 1 ~ 10 분 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질 보드용 표면 방수지 제조 방법.
