Description
Claims (24)
- 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X) 10~99질량%와, 폴리올레핀수지(Y) 90~1질량%로 이루어지고, 상기 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)와 폴리올레핀수지(Y)의 총합 100질량부당 에폭시기 함유 첨가제 0.1~30질량부를 더 함유하고,상기 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)는 D-유산 또는 L-유산을 포함하고, 상기 폴리올레핀수지(Y)는 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지고, 상기 에폭시기 함유 첨가제는 그 골격부분에 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 또는 폴리스티렌의 수지 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, JIS K7105에 준거하여 두께 3mm의 시험편에 대해서 측정한 전체 광선투과율이 60%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 수지조성물 중의 폴리올레핀수지(Y)가 연속상을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)의 말단이 봉쇄되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)와 폴리올레핀수지(Y)의 총합 100질량부당, 무기 충전제 1~30질량부를 더 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)와 폴리올레핀수지(Y)의 총합 100질량부당, 팽윤성 층상 규산염 0.05~30질량부를 더 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 수지조성물을 성형하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)와 폴리올레핀수지(Y)를 용융혼련하고, 그 때에, 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)의 190℃, 21.2N 하중에 있어서의 멜트 플로우 인덱스(MIE)와, 폴리올레핀수지(Y)의 동조건에 있어서의 멜트 플로우 인덱스(MIPO)의 비(MIE/MIPO)가 0.1~10의 범위의 것을 이용하여, 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X) 10~99질량%와 폴리올레핀수지(Y) 90~1질량%로 이루어지고, 상기 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)와 폴리올레핀수지(Y)의 총합 100질량부당 에폭시기 함유 첨가제 0.1~30질량부를 더 함유하는 수지조성물을 얻는 수지조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)는 D-유산 또는 L-유산을 포함하고, 상기 폴리올레핀수지(Y)는 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지고, 상기 에폭시기 함유 첨가제는 그 골격부분에 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 또는 폴리스티렌의 수지 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)의 말단이 봉쇄되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.

- 제 3항에 있어서, 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)와 폴리올레핀수지(Y)의 총합 100질량부당, 무기 충전제 1~30질량부를 더 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.

- 제 3항에 있어서, 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)와 폴리올레핀수지(Y)의 총합 100질량부당, 팽윤성 층상 규산염 0.05~30질량부를 더 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스테르수지(X)와 폴리올레핀수지(Y)의 총합 100질량부당, 팽윤성 층상 규산염 0.05~30질량부를 더 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
