- 삭제
- 기판 상에 위치하는 제1 전극;상기 제1 전극 상에 위치하고, 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 티에닐렌비닐렌계 화합물을 함유하는 유기 활성층; 및상기 유기 활성층 상에 위치하는 제2 전극을 포함하는 유기태양전지:<화학식 2>상기 화학식 2에서, R1 과 R6는 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 25의 알킬기, 탄소수 1내지 25의 알콕시기, 또는 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기이고,R2와 R5는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 25의 알킬기, 탄소수 1내지 25의 알콕시기, 또는 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기이고,n은 1 내지 1000 중 어느 하나의 정수이고, m은 0 내지 1000인 중 어느 하나의 정수이다.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 티에닐렌비닐렌계 화합물에서 R1 및 R6는 C12H25이고, R2 및 R5는 수소이고, n은 1 내지 1000 중 어느 하나의 정수이고, m은 0인 유기태양전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 티에닐렌비닐렌계 화합물을 도너 물질이고, 상기 유기 활성층은 억셉터 물질을 더 함유하는 유기태양전지.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 억셉터 물질은 PCBM(C60)([6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester), 또는 PCBM(C70)([6,6]-phenyl-C71-butyric acid methyl ester)인 유기태양전지.
- 기판 상에 제1 전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 제1 전극 상에 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 티에닐렌비닐렌계 화합물을 함유하는 유기 활성층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 유기 활성층 상에 제2 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 유기태양전지 제조방법:<화학식 2>상기 화학식 2에서, R1 과 R6는 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 25의 알킬기, 탄소수 1내지 25의 알콕시기, 또는 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기이고,R2와 R5는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 25의 알킬기, 탄소수 1내지 25의 알콕시기, 또는 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기이고,n은 1 내지 1000 중 어느 하나의 정수이고, m은 0 내지 1000인 중 어느 하나의 정수이다.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 유기 활성층은 용액 공정을 사용하여 형성하는 유기태양전지 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 유기 활성층을 열처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 유기태양전지 제조방법.
