Abstract
본 발명에 따른 파이프 배관용 스토퍼 그립 링은, 고리 형상의 외경을 형성하는 외주 변(110): 상기 외주 변(110)의 한쪽에 절곡 형성되어 O링(400)에 닿고, 어느 한쪽 단부에 경사진 형태로 진입 유도 변(122)이 형성되며 다른 한쪽 단부에는 상기 진입 유도 변(122)에 유도되어 진입되는 삽입 변(124)이 형성된 O링 지지변(120); 및 상기 외주 변(110)의 다른 한쪽에 절곡 형성되어 상기 O링 지지변(120)과 이격되고 모서리에 첨예부(134)가 형성되며 복수의 슬릿(132)에 의해 첨예부(134)가 분할된 스토퍼 변(130);을 포함한다.

도 3는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 파이프 배관용 스토퍼 그립 링에서 양측 단부를 설명하기 위한 상세도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 파이프 배관용 스토퍼 그립 링에서 단면 구성을 설명하기 위한 단면도면이다.
도 5 및 도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 파이프 배관용 스토퍼 그립 링을 이용하여 파이프 배관을 실시한 예를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 양단부(101, 102)가 개방된 "C" 형상의 외경을 형성하는 외주 변(110):
상기 외주 변(110)의 한쪽에 절곡 형성되어 O링(400)에 닿고, 어느 한쪽 단부(101)에는 진입 유도 변(122)이 경사진 형태로 형성되며 다른 한쪽 단부(102)에는 상기 진입 유도 변(122)에 유도되어 진입되는 삽입 변(124)이 형성된 O링 지지변(120); 및
상기 외주 변(110)의 다른 한쪽에 절곡 형성되어 상기 O링 지지변(120)과 이격되고 모서리에 첨예부(134)가 형성되며 복수의 슬릿(132)에 의해 첨예부(134)가 분할된 스토퍼 변(130);을 포함하고,
상기 외주변(110)과 상기 스토퍼 변(130)이 이루는 각도(a)는 예각인 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 배관용 스토퍼 그립 링.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 예각 각도는 50도 내지 70도인 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 배관용 스토퍼 그립 링.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스토퍼 변(130)의 제1폭(b)이 상기 외주 변(110)의 제2폭(c)보다 작고, 상기 O링 지지변(120)의 제3폭(d)보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 배관용 스토퍼 그립 링.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 첨예부(134)는 배관될 파이프 보다 경도가 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 배관용 스토퍼 그립 링.
