Claims (15)
- 특히 자동차의 샤시 모듈 및 스티어링 모듈용 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트로서, 2개의 하우징 절반부로 이루어진 조인트 하우징, 및 라운딩된 베어링 면을 가진 볼 소켓을 포함하고, 상기 베어링 면은 탄성 플라스틱으로 제조되어 상기 조인트 하우징의 리세스 내에 고정된 베어링 셸 내에 수용되는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트에 있어서, 상기 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트(1)의 조립 동안 상기 2개의 하우징 절반부(3a, 3b)가 규정된 압축력으로 상기 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트(1)의 중심 종축(11) 방향으로 함께 압축되고, 상기 하우징 절반부(3a, 3b) 사이의 하나 이상의 재료 결합식 결합에 의해, 상기 압축력에 의해 미리 규정된 조립 위치로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 재료 결합식 결합은 용접 결합, 특히 레이저 용접 결합인 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 재료 결합식 결합은 납땜 결합인 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 재료 결합식 결합은 접착 결합인 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 셸(2)은 상기 조인트 하우징(3)의 리세스(8)의 내벽과 접촉하는 그 외부면에 상기 외부면을 돌출하는 하나 이상의 지지 돌출부(7)를 가지며, 상기 돌출부를 위해 상기 조인트 하우징(3)의 리세스(8) 내에 대응하는 홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 지지 돌출부(7)는 방사방향으로 둘러싸는 지지 칼라로서 형성되고, 상기 지지 칼라는 상기 조인트 하우징(3)의 방사방향 홈 내로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 각각 부분적으로 2개의 하우징 절반부(3a, 3b) 내에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 재료 결합식 결합은 상기 조인트 하우징의 외부 윤곽에 빙 둘러 배치된 개별 용접 섹션으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 절반부(3a, 3b) 사이의 재료 결합식 결합은 상기 조인트 하우징(3)의 외부 에지를 둘러싸도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 면(6)의 구 반경(RS)과 상기 조인트 하우징(3)의 리세스(8)의 구 반경(RG)의 중심점들은 압축력(F1, F2)의 제공 전에 서로 상기 중심 종축(11)의 방향으로 변위되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트.
- 특히 자동차의 샤시 모듈 및 스티어링 모듈용 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트가 금속 조인트 하우징, 및 라운딩된 베어링 면을 가진 볼 소켓으로 이루어지고, 상기 베어링 면은 탄성 플라스틱으로 제조된 베어링 셸 내에 수용되고, 상기 베어링 셸은 상기 조인트 하우징의 리세스 내에 고정되는, 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트의 제조 방법에 있어서,볼 소켓(1)과 베어링 셸(2)을 상기 조인트 하우징(3)의 리세스(8) 내로 삽입한 후에, 압축을 위한 규정된 압축력(F1, F2)이 중심 종축의 방향으로 상기 하우징 절반부(3a, 3b)에 가해지고, 상기 압축력이 상기 하우징 절반부(3a, 3b) 내의 상기 리세스(8)의 내부면을 통해 상기 베어링 셸(2)로 전달되며, 상기 하우징 절반부(3a, 3b)는 상기 하우징 절반부(3a, 3b) 사이의 하나 이상의 재료 결합식 결합을 이용해서, 상기 압축력(F1, F2)에 의해 미리 규정된 조립 위치에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 절반부(3a, 3b) 사이의 상기 재료 결합식 결합은 레이저 용접 공정에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트의 제조 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 절반부(3a, 3b) 사이의 상기 재료 결합식 결합은 납땜 공정에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트의 제조 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 절반부(3a, 3b) 사이의 상기 재료 결합식 결합이 접착 공정에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제조 동안 상기 베어링 면(6)의 구 반경(RS)과 상기 조인트 하우징(3)의 리세스(8)의 구 반경(RG)의 중심점들이 서로 상기 중심 종축(11)의 방향으로 변위되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 앤드 소켓 조인트의 제조 방법.
