Claims (15)
- 발포체 기재(基材)의 양면에 점착제층을 갖는 양면 점착 테이프로서, 상기 발포체 기재의 층간 강도가 12N/cm 이상, 25% 압축 강도가 30~170kPa이며, 상기 점착제층이, 탄소수 4~12의 (메타)아크릴레이트 및 카르복시기를 갖는 비닐모노머를 모노머 성분으로서 갖는 아크릴계 공중합체와, 중합 로진에스테르계 점착 부여 수지를 함유하는 아크릴계 점착제 조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 기재의 인장 탄성률이 200N/cm2 이상이며, 단위폭당의 인장 강도가 10N/cm 이상인 양면 점착 테이프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 기재의 두께 방향의 평균 기포경이 1~200㎛이며, 흐름 방향 및 폭 방향의 평균 기포경이 1.2~700㎛인 양면 점착 테이프. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 기재의 두께 방향의 평균 기포경에 대한 흐름 방향의 평균 기포경의 비가 1.2~15이며, 두께 방향의 평균 기포경에 대한 폭 방향의 평균 기포경의 비가 1.2~15인 양면 점착 테이프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 기재가, 폴리올레핀계 발포체 기재인 양면 점착 테이프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 공중합체 100질량부에 대해, 상기 중합 로진에스테르계 점착 부여 수지를 10~40질량부 함유하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 공중합체가, 분자 내에 3급 아미드 골격을 갖는 비닐모노머를 모노머 성분으로서 함유하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
재생 또는 재이용이 가능한 전자 기기의 부품 고정에 사용되는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 기재가 독립 기포로 이루어지는 발포체이며, 방수 기능을 갖는 전자 기기의 부품 고정에 사용되는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 점착제층의 주파수 1Hz에서의 동적 점탄성 스펙트럼에 있어서의 손실정접(損失正接)의 극대값을 나타내는 온도가 -30~10℃인 양면 점착 테이프. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 양면 점착 테이프의 주파수 1Hz에서의 동적 점탄성 스펙트럼에 있어서의 손실정접의 극대값을 나타내는 온도가 -30~20℃이며, 그 손실정접의 극대값이 1.0 이하인 양면 점착 테이프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 기재의 두께가 70~400㎛인 양면 점착 테이프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 기재의 발포 배율이 2~12배인 양면 점착 테이프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 기재의 25% 압축 강도가 92~170kPa인 양면 점착 테이프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 탄소수 4~12의 (메타)아크릴레이트 중의 n-부틸아크릴레이트의 함유량이 60질량% 이상인 양면 점착 테이프.
