- 가소제와 탄소수 4 내지 6의 알데히드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알데히드 (a)에 의한 폴리비닐알코올의 아세탈화로 얻어진 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하는 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)와, 가소제와 탄소수 4 내지 6의 알데히드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알데히드 (a) 및 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알데히드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알데히드 (b)에 의한 폴리비닐알코올의 공아세탈화로 얻어진 공아세탈화물인 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하는 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)가 적층된 열가소성 수지 시트이며,상기 알데히드 (a)에서 유래하는 아세탈화 유닛을 중합체 유닛 (X), 알데히드 (b)에서 유래하는 아세탈화 유닛을 중합체 유닛 (Y)로 했을 때, 중합체 유닛 (X)와 중합체 유닛 (Y)의 합계가 상기 공아세탈화물 전체의 55 몰% 이상을 차지하고, 중합체 유닛 (X)의 비율이 0.5 내지 80 몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 가소제와 탄소수 4 내지 6의 알데히드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알데히드 (a)에 의한 폴리비닐알코올의 아세탈화로 얻어진 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하는 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)와, 가소제와 탄소수 4 내지 6의 알데히드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알데히드 (a) 및 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알데히드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알데히드 (b)에 의한 폴리비닐알코올의 공아세탈화로 얻어진 공아세탈화물인 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하는 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)가 적층된 열가소성 수지 시트이며, 적어도 1층의 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)의 양면에 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)가 적층되어 있는 구조를 가지며,상기 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)에서, 상기 알데히드 (a)에서 유래하는 아세탈화 유닛을 중합체 유닛 (X), 알데히드 (b)에서 유래하는 아세탈화 유닛을 중합체 유닛 (Y)로 했을 때, 중합체 유닛 (X)와 중합체 유닛 (Y)의 합계가 상기 공아세탈화물 전체의 55 몰% 이상을 차지하고, 중합체 유닛 (X)의 비율이 20 내지 80 몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 가소제와 탄소수 4 내지 6의 알데히드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알데히드 (a)에 의한 폴리비닐알코올의 아세탈화로 얻어진 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하는 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)와, 가소제와 탄소수 4 내지 6의 알데히드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알데히드 (a) 및 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알데히드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알데히드 (b)에 의한 폴리비닐알코올의 공아세탈화로 얻어진 공아세탈화물인 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하는 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)가 적층된 열가소성 수지 시트이며, 적어도 1층의 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)의 양면에 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)가 적층되어 있는 구조를 가지며,상기 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)에서, 상기 알데히드 (a)에서 유래하는 아세탈화 유닛을 중합체 유닛 (X), 알데히드 (b)에서 유래하는 아세탈화 유닛을 중합체 유닛 (Y)로 했을 때, 중합체 유닛 (X)와 중합체 유닛 (Y)의 합계가 상기 공아세탈화물 전체의 55 몰% 이상을 차지하고, 중합체 유닛 (X)의 비율이 0.5 내지 20 몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 가소제와 탄소수 4 내지 6의 알데히드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알데히드 (a)에 의한 폴리비닐알코올의 아세탈화로 얻어진 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하는 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)와, 가소제와 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알데히드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알데히드 (b)에 의한 폴리비닐알코올의 아세탈화로 얻어진 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하는 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)가 적층된 열가소성 수지 시트이며,적어도 1층의 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)의 양면에 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)가 적층되어 있는 구조를 가지며, 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)의 아세탈화도가 55 몰% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)를 구성하고 있는 상기 공아세탈화물에서, 중합체 유닛 (Y)와, 중합체 유닛 (X)와의 몰비인 중합체 유닛 (Y)/중합체 유닛 (X)이 3.5 이하인 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)를 구성하고 있는 상기 공아세탈화물에서, 중합체 유닛 (Y)와 중합체 유닛 (X)의 몰비인 중합체 유닛 (Y)/중합체 유닛 (X)가 200 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 측정 주파수 10 Hz에서 측정된 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)만을 포함하는 시트의 손실 정접 tanδ의 최대값을 나타내는 온도 t(A)가 20 내지 50 ℃의 범위에 있고, 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)를 포함하는 시트의 손실 정접 tanδ의 최대값을 나타내는 온도 t(B)가 35 내지 70 ℃의 범위에 있고,t(B)-t(A)가 5 ℃ 이상, 40 ℃ 이하의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 측정 주파수 10 Hz에서 측정된 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)만을 포함하는 시트의 손실 정접 tanδ의 최대값을 나타내는 온도 t(A)가 20 내지 50 ℃의 범위에 있고, 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)를 포함하는 시트의 손실 정접 tanδ의 최대값을 나타내는 온도 t(B)가 40 내지 65 ℃의 범위에 있고,t(B)-t(A)가 5 ℃ 이상, 25 ℃ 이하의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)를 포함하는 시트에서 손실 정접 tanδ가 0.3 이상인 온도 범위와, 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)를 포함하는 시트에서 손실 정접 tanδ가 0.3 이상인 온도 범위가 중복되어 있는 온도영역이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)를 포함하는 시트에서 손실 정접 tanδ가 0.5 이상인 온도 범위와, 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)를 포함하는 시트에서 손실 정접 tanδ가 0.5 이상인 온도 범위가 중복되어 있는 온도영역이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)의 23 ℃ 및 10 Hz에서의 전단 저장 탄성률을 G'(A), 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)의 23 ℃ 및 10 Hz에서의 전단 저장 탄성률을 G'(B)로 했을 때, G'(B)/G'(A)가 1.0 내지 10의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, JIS K 7128에 준하여 측정된 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)의 인열 강도 (B)와, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)의 인열 강도 (A)의 비인 인열 강도 (B)/인열 강도 (A)가 1.1 이상인 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 23 ℃ 및 인장 왜곡 속도 1250 %/분으로 측정된 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)의 인장 탄성률을 인장 탄성률 (B), 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)의 인장 탄성률을 인장 탄성률 (A)로 했을 때, 인장 탄성률 (B)/인장 탄성률 (A)가 1.1 이상인 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 23 ℃ 및 인장 왜곡 속도 1250 %/분으로 측정된 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)의 파단 에너지를 파단 에너지 (B)로 하고, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)의 파단 에너지를 파단 에너지 (A)로 했을 때, 파단 에너지 (B)/파단 에너지 (A)가 1.1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 23 ℃ 및 인장 왜곡 속도 1250 %/분으로 측정된 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)의 최대점 응력을 최대점 응력 (B)로 하고, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)의 최대점 응력을 최대점 응력 (A)로 했을 때, 최대점 응력 (B)/최대점 응력 (A)가 1.0 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)를 구성하기 위한 상기 폴리비닐알코올의 중합도를 PVA 중합도 (B), 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)를 구성하기 위한 상기 폴리비닐알코올의 중합도를 PVA 중합도 (A)로 했을 때, PVA 중합도 (B)/PVA 중합도 (A)가 0.5 내지 3.0의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제16항에 있어서, PVA 중합도 (B)/PVA 중합도 (A)가 1.0 내지 3.0의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B) 중에서의 에스테르기의 함유 비율이 40 몰% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제18항에 있어서, 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B) 중에서의 에스테르기의 함유 비율이 20 몰% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)의 가소제 함유 비율을 가소제 함유율 (A)로 하고, 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 중의 가소제 함유 비율을 가소제 함유율 (B)로 했을 때, 가소제 함유율 (A)/가소제 함유율 (B)가 1.0 내지 3의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A), 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B), 또는 양 자 모두에 중적외선 흡수 작용 또는 근적외선 흡수 작용을 갖는 기능성 미립자가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A), 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B), 또는 양 자 모두에 가교 폴리비닐아세탈 수지가 함유되어 있거나, 또는 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 (A), 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 (B), 또는 양 자 모두가 분자간 가교된 폴리비닐아세탈 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)의 두께를 두께 (B), 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)의 두께를 두께 (A)로 했을 때, 두께 (B)/두께 (A)가 0.5 내지 10의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1층의 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)의 양면에 상이한 두께의 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)가 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 시트를 적어도 한 개의 층으로서 구비하는 적층체.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 시트가 유리판과 투명 수지판의 사이에 협착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 투명 수지판이 폴리카르보네이트, 아크릴 수지, 아크릴 공중합체 수지 및 폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 투명 수지판이 투명 엘라스토머로 피복되어 있는 적층체.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 시트가 한 쌍의 유리판에 협착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 유리판 중, 1매 이상의 유리가 유색 투명 유리인 적층체.
- 제25항에 있어서, 면 밀도가 12 ㎏/㎡ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (A)에서의 가소제의 함유량이, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 30 내지 45 중량부의 범위이고,제2 폴리비닐아세탈 수지층 (B)에서의 가소제의 함유량이, 제1 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 10 내지 40 중량부의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 시트.
