Claims (10)
- ZSM-5 형의 결정질 구조를 나타내는, 화학식 xTiO2(1-x)SiO2 [식 중, x 는 0.0001 내지 0.5 이다] 에 대응하는 티타늄 실리카라이트를 포함하는 촉매의 존재 하에서 및 가능하게는 하나 이상의 용매의 존재 하에서의, 알릴 클로라이드 및 과산화수소 간의 반응에 의한 1,2-에폭시-3-클로로프로판의 제조 방법에 있어서, 사용되는 알릴 클로라이드가 2000 중량 ppm 미만의 1,5-헥사디엔을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사용되는 알릴 클로라이드가 1000 중량 ppm 미만의 1,5-헥사디엔을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 사용되는 알릴 클로라이드가 200 중량 ppm 미만의 1,5-헥사디엔을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 45 내지 80℃ 의 온도에서 반응이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3 내지 4.5 의 값에서 유지되는 pH 에서 반응이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 알릴 클로라이드 및 과산화수소의 양이, 사용되는 과산화수소에 대한 사용되는 알릴 클로라이드의 몰비가 2 내지 7 이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 알릴 클로라이드 및 과산화수소의 양이, 사용되는 과산화수소에 대한 사용되는 알릴 클로라이드의 몰비가 4 내지 7 이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 메탄올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 유체 베드 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭시드화 매질의 재순환을 포함하는 루프 형 반응기 내에서 반응이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
