Abstract
본 자립형 소화장치는 소화용 합성물과 결합제를 포함하고 있는 미세캡슐들이 포함되어 있는 소화용 물질로 만들어진다. 소화용 합성물을 포함하고 있는 미세캡슐들은 폴리우레아 및/또는 폴리우레탄 기반의 프리폴리머 Polyisocyanate 재질의 폴리머쉘 내에 보관되는 할로겐화 탄소들을 의미한다. 이 미세캡슐들은 각각의 크기가 2에서 100미크론 정도이다. 결합제는 하나의 복합적 물질로써 중합 성분(Polymer Component)과 더불어 광물섬유들 및/또한 광물입자들을 포함하고 있다. 허용 가능한 할로겐화 탄소들은 1,1,2,2-tetrafluordibromethane 및/또는 1,1,2-triftortrichlorethane 및/또는 2-iodo-1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane 및/또는 이러한 물질들의 혼합물과 기타 할로겐화 탄소들을 혼합한 물질 등이다.

Claims (4)
- 소화물질로 만들어지는 자동 소화장치로서,
할로겐화 탄소(Halocarbons)들로 구성되며, 2 내지 100 미크론(㎛) 크기의 미세캡슐들과;
중합제 성분(Polymeric Component)과 광물섬유 및/또는 광물입자들을 포함하고 있는 결합제;를 포함하며,
상기 할로겐화 탄소들은 폴리우레아 및/또는 폴리우레탄 재질의 폴리머쉘에 보관 및 저장되는 소화용 합성물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 자립형 소화장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 할로겐화 탄소들은 폴리우레아 및/또는 폴리우레탄 기반의 프리폴리머 폴리이소시아네이트(Prepolymer Polyisocyanate) 재질의 폴리머쉘에 보관 및 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자립형 소화장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 할로겐화 탄소들은 1,1,2,2-tetrafluordibromethane 및/또는 1,1,2-triftortrichlorethane 및/또는 2-iodo-1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane 및/또는 상기 물질들의 혼합물과 다른 할로겐화 탄소의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 자립형 소화장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자동 소화장치는 판(Plate) 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 자립형 소화장치.
