Description
Claims (22)
- 단순분산 (minodisperse) 생분해성 마이크로스피어의 제조 방법에 있어서,a) 의약학적 활성 성분 및 유기 용매에 용해된 생분해성 중합체를 포함하는 하나 이상의 유기상 및 하나 이상의 수성상을 포함하고, 유기상과 수성상 사이의 점도비가 0.1 내지 10인 단일 에멀젼을 제조하는 단계;b) 수득된 단일 에멀젼을 조절된 층류 전단하는 단계;c) 유기상으로부터 용매를 제거하는 단계; 및d) 수득된 마이크로스피어를 분리하는 단계;를 포함하며,상기 마이크로스피어의 직경은 0.7 내지 30 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 생분해성 중합체가 폴리(α-히드록시)산, 폴리(α-히드록시산)의 지방족 폴리에스테르, 폴리(ε-카프롤락톤)-PCL의 지방족 폴리에스테르, 폴리디옥사논-PDO의 지방족 폴리에스테르, 폴리오르토에스테르, 폴리무수물, 폴리시아노아크릴레이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리(아미노산), 개질된 다당류, 셀룰로즈, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리디메틸실록산 및 폴리(비닐 아세테이트) 및 이들의 유도체 및 공중합체 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 생분해성 중합체가 폴리락트산 (PLA), 및 폴리락트산/폴리글리콜산의 공중합체 (PLGA) 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 생분해성 중합체의 분자량이 50 내지 500 kDa인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 에멀젼의 유기상의 유기 용매가 에틸 아세테이트인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 의약학적 활성 성분이 지용성인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 의약학적 활성 성분이 수용성인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 의약학적 활성 성분이 펩티드 또는 단백질인 방법.

- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 에멀젼의 유기상이 5 내지 30 중량%의 생분해성 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 에멀젼의 유기상이 5 내지 30 중량%의 의약학적 활성 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
