Claims (12)
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는, 단열 또는 방음효과를 가지는 규사질 불연제의 제조방법:(a) 규석 100 중량부에 대하여, 석회석 60~90 중량부 및 소다장석 60~90 중량부를 포함하는 천연 광물을 분쇄하는 단계;(b) 상기 (a) 단계에서 분쇄된 규석, 석회석 및 소다장석을 포함하는 천연 광물 분말을 700~1,300℃에서 20~50분 동안 용융시키는 단계;(c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 수득한 용융물을 분사시켜 솜 형태의 분사물을 수득하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 (c) 단계의 솜 형태의 분사물을 성형하여 규사질 불연제를 제조하는 단계.
