Description
Claims (10)
- 기지국에서 전송 리소스(transmission resources)를 할당하기 위한 방법으로서,가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에 대한 최대 지원가능 패킷 사이즈를 결정하는 단계와,패킷 전송에 이용가능한 송신 전력의 총량(total amount)을 결정하는 단계와,패킷 전송에 이용가능한 코드의 총 개수(total number)를 결정하는 단계와,복수의 사용자 각각에 대해 채널 레이트를 결정함으로써 상기 복수의 사용자 중 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자를 식별하는 단계와,두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자를 식별하는 단계와,상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 송신 전력 및 코드를 할당하는 단계와,상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 송신 전력 및 코드를 할당하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 상기 송신 전력은 상기 송신 전력의 총량에서 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 상기 송신 전력을 뺀 송신 전력을 초과하지 않고, 상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 코드의 개수는 상기 코드의 총 개수에서 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 상기 코드를 뺀 개수를 초과하지 않는기지국에서의 전송 리소스 할당 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 최대 지원가능 패킷 사이즈의 결정은 이용가능한 변조 타입(available modulation types), 패킷 전송에 이용가능한 코드의 총 개수, 패킷 전송에 이용가능한 가용 송신 전력의 총량 및 기지국에 의해 지원되는 프레임 지속기간의 조합에 적어도 부분적으로 기초하고,상기 방법은 전송 포맷을 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 전송 포맷은 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에 대한 상기 최대 지원가능 패킷 사이즈에 부분적으로 기초하는기지국에서의 전송 리소스 할당 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 사용자 중 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자를 식별하는 단계는 상기 복수의 사용자 각각에 대해 데드라인(deadline)을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는기지국에서의 전송 리소스 할당 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 사용자 각각에 대해 데드라인을 계산하는 단계는 상기 복수의 사용자 각각의 서비스 등급(Grade of Service)에 부분적으로 기초하여 데드라인을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는기지국에서의 전송 리소스 할당 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전송 포맷을 결정하는 단계는상기 최대 지원가능 패킷 사이즈를 지원하는 전송 포맷의 집합을 결정하는 단계와,상기 전송 포맷의 집합으로부터, 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자 및 상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 전송되는 총 비트 수를 최대화하는 전송 포맷을 선택하는 단계를 포함하는기지국에서의 전송 리소스 할당 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자 또는 상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당되지 않은 임의의 전력을 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자와 상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자 사이에 분배하는 단계를 포함하는기지국에서의 전송 리소스 할당 방법.
- 기지국에서 전송 리소스를 할당하기 위한 방법으로서,패킷 전송에 이용가능한 송신 전력의 총량을 결정하는 단계와,패킷 전송에 이용가능한 코드의 총 개수를 결정하는 단계와,복수의 사용자 각각에 대해 채널 레이트를 결정함으로써 상기 복수의 사용자 중 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자를 식별하는 단계와,두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자를 식별하는 단계와,전송 포맷을 결정하는 단계- 상기 전송 포맷은 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에 대한 최대 지원가능 패킷 사이즈에 부분적으로 기초함 -와,상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 송신 전력 및 코드를 할당하는 단계와,상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 송신 전력 및 코드를 할당하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 상기 송신 전력은 상기 송신 전력의 총량에서 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 상기 송신 전력을 뺀 송신 전력을 초과하지 않고, 상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 코드의 개수는 상기 코드의 총 개수에서 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 상기 코드를 뺀 개수를 초과하지 않는기지국에서의 전송 리소스 할당 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 사용자 중 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자를 식별하는 단계는 상기 복수의 사용자 각각에 대해 데드라인을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는기지국에서의 전송 리소스 할당 방법.
- 기지국에서 전송 리소스를 할당하기 위한 방법으로서,패킷 전송에 이용가능한 송신 전력의 총량을 결정하는 단계와,패킷 전송에 이용가능한 코드의 총 개수를 결정하는 단계와,복수의 사용자 각각에 대해 채널 레이트를 결정함으로써 상기 복수의 사용자 중 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자를 식별하는 단계와,두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자를 식별하는 단계와,전송 포맷을 결정하는 단계- 상기 전송 포맷은 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에 대한 최대 지원가능 패킷 사이즈에 부분적으로 기초함 -와,상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 송신 전력 및 코드를 할당하는 단계와,상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 송신 전력 및 코드를 할당하는 단계와,상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자 또는 상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당되지 않은 임의의 전력을 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자와 상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자 사이에 분배하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 상기 송신 전력은 상기 송신 전력의 총량에서 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 상기 송신 전력을 뺀 송신 전력을 초과하지 않고, 상기 두 번째로 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 코드의 개수는 상기 코드의 총 개수에서 상기 가장 우선순위가 높은 사용자에게 할당된 상기 코드를 뺀 개수를 초과하지 않는기지국에서의 전송 리소스 할당 방법.
