Claims (8)
- 소스가 전원전압과 접속되어 있으며 입력 영상신호 전류와 픽셀회로로부터 싱크한 신호전류를 스위칭하는 스위칭 박막트랜지스터와;상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터의 드레인과 접지전원 사이에 연결되어 상기 픽셀회로로부터의 상기 신호전류를 상기 접지전원으로 싱크하는 구동 박막트랜지스터와;상기 구동 박막트랜지터의 소스와 상기 접지전원 사이에 연결되어 게이트에 인가되는 제1제어신호에 의해 상기 입력 영상신호 전류를 상기 접지전원으로 출력하는 제1스위칭부와;상기 구동 박막트랜지터의 게이트와 상기 제1스위칭부의 소스 사이에 연결되어 게이트에 인가되는 상기 제1제어신호에 의해 상기 구동 박막트랜지스터를 활성화하는 제2스위칭부와;상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터의 소스와 상기 전원전압 사이에 연결되며 게이트에 인가되는 상기 제1제어신호에 의해 상기 전원전압을 상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터에 스위치하는 제3스위칭부와;상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터의 게이트 및 상기 구동 박막트랜지스터의 게이트에 접속된 상기 제2스위칭부의 소스와 상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터의 소스 사이에 연결되며, 상기 입력 영상신호 전류에 의해 데이터를 저장하는 저장 캐패시터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류샘플홀드회로.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터, 상기 구동 박막트랜지스터, 상기 제1스위칭부, 상기 제2스위칭부 및 상기 제3스위칭부는 p채널 모스 트랜지스터(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전류샘플홀드회로.
- 데이터라인과 스캔라인이 교차하는 위치에 형성된 픽셀회로부와;상기 데이터라인을 통해 상기 픽셀회로부와 연결되어 있으며, 상기 데이터라인을 통해 데이터신호가 인가되면 입력 영상신호 전류를 저장하였다가 스캔신호가 스캔라인을 통해 인가되면 신호전류를 상기 픽셀회로로부터 싱크하는 전류샘플홀드회로를 포함하며,상기 전류샘플홀드회로는,소스가 전원전압과 접속되어 있으며 입력 영상신호 전류와 픽셀회로로부터 싱크한 신호전류를 스위칭하는 스위칭 박막트랜지스터와;상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터의 드레인과 접지전원 사이에 연결되어 상기 픽셀회로로부터의 상기 신호전류를 상기 접지전원으로 싱크하는 구동 박막트랜지스터와;상기 구동 박막트랜지터의 소스와 상기 접지전원 사이에 연결되어 게이트에 인가되는 제1제어신호에 의해 상기 입력 영상신호 전류를 상기 접지전원으로 출력하는 제1스위칭부와;상기 구동 박막트랜지터의 게이트와 상기 제1스위칭부의 소스 사이에 연결되어 게이트에 인가되는 상기 제1제어신호에 의해 상기 구동 박막트랜지스터를 활성화하는 제2스위칭부와;상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터의 소스와 상기 전원전압 사이에 연결되며 게이트에 인가되는 상기 제1제어신호에 의해 상기 전원전압을 상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터에 스위치하는 제3스위칭부와;상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터의 게이트 및 상기 구동 박막트랜지스터의 게이트에 접속된 상기 제2스위칭부의 소스와 상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터의 소스 사이에 연결되며, 상기 입력 영상신호 전류에 의해 데이터를 저장하는 저장 캐패시터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 픽셀회로부는 다수의 유기전계발광소자로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
