도 4는 본 발명의 비교예 1에 따라 제조된 도전성 패턴을 나타낸 도이다.
Claims (10)
2) 도전성 패턴 형성용 조성물 및 인쇄방법을 이용하여, 상기 기재 상에 패턴을 형성하는 단계, 및
3) 상기 패턴이 형성된 기재를 마이크로웨이브를 투과시키는 두 패널 사이에 위치시키고, 마이크로웨이브를 이용하여 상기 패턴을 소성하는 단계
를 포함하며, 상기 3) 단계의 패널은 알루미나, 지르코니아 및 타이타니아로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 패턴의 형성방법.
