Abstract
본 발명은 인(P) 4.0~7.5 중량%, 게르마늄(Ge) 0.001~10.0중량%를 포함하며, 잔부는 구리(Cu)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 브레이징 합금에 의하면, 기존의 합금원소와는 달리 구리(Cu), 인(P), 게르마늄(Ge)으로 구성되고, 여기에 인듐(In), 은(Ag), 주석(Sn), 세슘(Cr) 및 하프늄(Hf)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 합금성분으로 더 포함함으로써, 은(Ag)을 전혀 포함하지 않거나 기존의 은(Ag)을 포함하는 브레이징 합금에 비하여 은(Ag)함량을 월등히 낮춤으로써, 제조비용을 낮춤과 동시에 상기한 효과와 동일하거나 더 우수한 용접성을 제공하는 큰 효과가 있는 것이다.

- 인(P) 4.5%~7.5 중량%, 게르마늄(Ge) 0.001~12.0 중량%를 포함하며, 잔부는 구리(Cu)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이징 합금.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 합금에,
세슘(Cs) 0.001~0.1중량%, 하프늄(Hf) 0.01~2.0중량%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이징 합금.
