Claims (8)
- 과실의 연화 방지방법에 있어서,1-MCP를 포장내 습기에 의해 조해가능한 γ-사이클로덱스트린을 담체로 하여 고정한 1-MCP 발생제를 과실의 포장내에 투입하여 포장하고, 상기 1-MCP 발생제를 물에 용해시킴이 없이 포장내 습기만에 의해 상기 1-MCP 가스를 발생시켜 에틸렌의 작용을 억제하여 과실의 연화를 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과실의 연화방지방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,과실은 단감, 매실 또는 자두인 것을 특징으로 하는 과실의 연화 방지방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,1-MCP 발생제와 함께 증량제로 실리카겔 분말을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과실의 연화 방지방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 증량제는 CoCl2를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과실의 연화 방지방법.
