Claims (9)
- 조성식: MgxAl2(1-x)Ti(1+x)O5 (식 중, 0.1≤x<1) 로 표시되는 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘 결정의 적어도 표면층에 있어서의 Al 원자의 0.1~1몰% 가 Si 원자에 의해 치환된 고용체로 이루어지고, 승온 속도 20℃/분으로 50~800℃ 에 있어서의 열팽창계수가 -6×10-6(1/K) ~ 6×10-6(1/K) 를 갖고, 또한 1100℃ 의 대기중에 300시간 유지한 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘의 잔존율이 50% 이상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘 결정 구조물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,JIS R1601 에 따르는 3점 굽힘강도가 25MPa 이상인 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘 결정 구조물.
- 조성식: MgxAl2(1-x)Ti(1+x)O5 (식 중, 0.1≤x<1) 로 표시되는 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘에 있어서의 Mg, Al 및 Ti 의 금속 성분비와 동일한 금속 성분비로 함유하는, Mg 함유 화합물, Al 함유 화합물 및 Ti 함유 화합물을 함유하는 혼합물 100질량부에 대하여, 융점이 700~1500℃ 를 갖는 규소 함유 화합물을 각각 산화물로 환산하여 1~10질량부 혼합한 원료 혼합물을 1200~1700℃ 에서 소성하는 제 1 항에 기재된 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘 결정 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘 결정을 규소 함유 화합물의 액상 하에서 생성시키는 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘 결정 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,원료 혼합물에 성형보조제를 첨가하고, 이어서 성형된 성형체를 소성하는 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘 결정 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,원료 혼합물을, 700~1000℃ 의 온도 범위에 있어서 예비 소성하고, 이어서 소성하는 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘 결정 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,규소 함유 화합물이 알루미노규산염인 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘 결정 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,알루미노규산염이, 사장석, 준장석, 운모 점토 광물, 제올라이트, 및 코디어라이트에서 선택되는 광물인 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘 결정 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,원료 혼합물이 추가로, SiO2, ZrO2, Fe2O3, MgO, Al2O3, TiO2, CaO, Y2O3 및 Mg 를 함유하는 스피넬형 구조의 산화물로 이루어져 있는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 함유하는 티탄산 알루미늄 마그네슘 결정 구조물의 제조방법.
