Claims (10)
- 수탁번호 KCCM 11047P의 아스퍼질러스(Aspergillus sp.) 균주.
- 수탁번호 KFCC 11450P의 아스퍼질러스(Aspergillus sp.) 균주,상기 균주의 배양물,상기 배양물의 건조물,상기 배양물의 농축물,상기 배양물의 초산에틸, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알코올, 염화메틸렌, 에테르 및 클로로포름으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 유기용매 추출물, 및상기 추출물을 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알코올과 물의 혼합용매로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 용매를 이용하여 분획한 분획물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 유효성분으로 함유하는 암의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 배양물은 수탁번호 KFCC 11450P의 아스퍼질러스(Aspergillus sp.) 균주를 사카로오스 액체 배지에서 150 내지 250 rpm 및 22 내지 28℃에서 4일 내지 20일 동안 진탕 배양하여 얻어진 것인 암의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분획물은 70 내지 90 %(v/v)의 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알코올/물 혼합 용액을 용매로 분획하여 얻어진 분획물인, 암의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분획물은 70 내지 90 %(v/v) 메탄올/물 혼합 용액을 용매로 분획하여 얻어진 분획물인, 암의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물.
- 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 암은 위암, 간암, 대장암, 폐암, 유방암 또는 전립선암인, 암의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물.
- 삭제
- 1) 수탁번호 KFCC 11450P의 아스퍼질러스(Aspergillus sp.) 균주를 액체 배양한 배양액에 초산에틸 초산에틸, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알코올, 염화메틸렌, 에테르 및 클로로포름으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 유기용매를 가하여 추출하는 단계; 및2) 상기 얻어진 추출물을 70 내지 90 %(v/v)의 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알코올/물 혼합 용액을 이용하여 컬럼크로마토그래피하여 분획물을 얻는 단계;3) 상기 분획물을 40 내지 60 %(v/v)의 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알코올/물 혼합 용액으로 컬럼크로마토그래피하는 단계를 포함하는, 화학식 1의 아세틸아라노틴 (Acetylaranotin), 화학식 2의 아세틸아포아라노틴 (Acetylapoaranotin), 또는 화학식 3의 디하이드로-디옥시아포아라노틴 (Dehydro-deoxyapoaranotin)의 제조 방법:<화학식 1><화학식 2><화학식 3>
