Claims (9)
- 액체금속이 수용되는 반응로;
상기 반응로에 연결되는 순환 펌프;
상기 반응로 상부에 배치되며, 상기 순환 펌프로부터 상기 액체금속을 전송받는 버퍼 탱크;
상기 버퍼탱크에 결합되고, 상기 버퍼 탱크 내의 액체금속을 상기 반응로 내부로 분사하는 노즐; 및
상기 반응로에서 생성된 차(Char)를 연소시켜 상기 반응로에 열을 공급하는 연소로;를 포함하며,
상기 노즐로부터 분사된 상기 액체금속의 입자가 상기 반응로에서 발생한 가스와 반응하여 상기 가스를 정제하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
액체금속을 이용한 열분해 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열분해 장치는,
상기 반응로에 결합되는 슬래그 배출구;를 더 포함하며, 상기 슬래그 배출구를 통해 상기 반응로 내의 상기 액체금속에 용융된 슬래그가 상기 반응로의 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
열분해 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액체금속은 Sn, Bi 및 Sn 와 Bi의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
열분해 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 열분해 장치는,
상기 순환 펌프, 상기 연소로 및 상기 슬래그 배출구에 연결되는 제어부;를 더 포함하며, 상기 제어부는 상기 순환 펌프의 펌핑 속도, 상기 연소로의 연소량 및 상기 슬래그 배출구에서 슬래그의 배출량 중 하나 이상을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
열분해 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 펌프는 상기 반응로에서 유입되는 상기 액체금속 내의 불순물을 제거하는 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
열분해 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 반응로에서 발생하는 상기 가스는 황화합물을 포함한 탄화수소 성분의배기가스인 것을 특징으로 하는,

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 반응로에 유입되는 원료는 바이오매스, 석탄, 폐플라스틱 및 폐PCB 로 이루어진 그룹 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,

상기 노즐은 상기 버퍼 탱크에 탈착 가능하게 결합하고, 상기 노즐의 분사구 크기에 따라 상기 버퍼탱크에 선택적으로 결합될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 반응로는 송풍기를 더 포함하여, 상기 반응로의 내부는 진공을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
