Abstract
Description
Claims (63)
- 제안된 치료식 눈 교정을 위한 예측 결과를 제공하는 시스템이며,치료 결과에 영향을 주고, 환자, 개업의, 진단 측정, 치료 상태 및 주위 상태 중 적어도 하나와 관련된 복수의 이력 정보 메트릭의 최적 분석으로부터 유도된 최적 이력 치료 결과 정보 메트릭을 구비한 데이터 구조를 갖는 연산 스테이션을 포함하며,상기 연산 스테이션은 환자에 관한 적어도 눈의 결함 정보를 포함하고, 환자, 개업의, 진단 측정, 치료 상태 및 주위 상태 중 적어도 하나와 관련된 복수의 예측 치료 결과에 영향을 주는 새로운 정보 메트릭을 수용하도록 구성되며,상기 연산 스테이션은 최적 이력 치료 결과 정보 메트릭과 관련된 새로운 정보 메트릭의 최적 분석을 기초로 최상의 예측 결과 지시를 제공하도록 구성되고,상기 새로운 정보 메트릭의 최적 분석은, 새로운 진단 정보를 나타내는 벡터(Z), 복수의 제르니크 항 또는 그와 동등치인 파면 센서 장치의 출력값의 상호의존 관계를 나타내는 임상 매트릭스(M'), 이력 결과 정보를 나타내는 다른 매트릭스(M") 및 최상의 예측 지시를 나타내는 결과 매트릭스(Z')를 포함하며, Z' = M" x M' x Z + (상수)인 매트릭스 분석인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예견적이며 치료 결과에 영향을 주는 새로운 정보 메트릭(metric)을 수집하고, 복수의 새로운 정보를 상기 연산 스테이션으로 전송하기 위한 수집 및 전송 스테이션을 더 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연산 스테이션은a) 새로운 정보 메트릭을 수신하고,b) 상기 유도된 복수의 최적화된 이력 치료 결과 정보 메트릭을 저장하는 수단을 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연산 스테이션은 개선된 치료식 눈 교정을 용이하게 하기 위해 상기 최적화된 이력 정보와 관련된 새로운 정보를 분석함으로써 유도된 최상의 결과 예측 지시를 포함하는 출력을 제공하는 수단을 포함하는 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 최상의 결과 예측 지시는 치료식 눈 교정을 제공하기 위한 개업의에 의해 사용되도록 구성된 결과 예측, 눈 정보 메트릭을 포함하는 시스템.

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 진단 스테이션에 결합되고, 상기 새로운 정보 메트릭을 수용하고 출력할 수 있는 능력을 갖는 데이터 수집 및 전송 스테이션을 포함하는 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 연산 스테이션은 데이터 수집 및 전송 스테이션과 연통식으로 결합되고, 최적 이력 치료 결과 정보를 구비한 데이터 구조를 포함하고, 정보를 수집하고 전송하고 상기 최적 이력 치료 결과 정보와 관련된 각각의 새로운 정보 메트릭을 분석하고 최상의 결과 예측 지시를 발생시킬 수 있는 능력을 갖는 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 연산 스테이션에 결합되고 최상의 결과 예측 지시를 실행하는 능력을 갖는 치료 스테이션을 포함하는 시스템.

- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 수술후 구면 수차값(Z400post)은 오로지 수술전 구면 수차값(Z400pre), 수술전 초점 이탈값(Z200pre) 및 상수 인자(±C)에 의존하는 시스템.
