Claims (9)
- 퍼옥시드 경화 반응에 참여할 수 있는 할로겐 및/또는 니트릴 기에서 선택된 하나 이상의 경화 부위를 가지는 퍼플루오로중합체;
유기 퍼옥시드 및/또는 상기 니트릴 기를 통해 퍼플루오로중합체의 경화를 유도할 수 있는 화합물; 및
플루오로지방족 설피네이트 및 설피네이트를 설포닐 라디칼로 산화할 수 있는 산화제의 조합 및/또는 자유 라디칼 개시제 및 클로라이드 염의 조합에서 선택된 개시제 시스템
을 포함하는 경화성 플루오로엘라스토머 조성물로서,
상기 퍼플루오로중합체는 실질적으로 이온 말단 기가 없고, 이 조성물에서 금속 양이온의 총량은 퍼플루오로중합체 1 g당 10 ㎍ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 경화성 플루오로엘라스토머 조성물. - 제1항에서 정의된 경화성 플루오로엘라스토머 조성물을 경화함으로써 얻은 경화된 플루오로엘라스토머.
- 제1항에서 정의된 경화성 플루오로엘라스토머 조성물에 사용하기 위한 퍼플루오로중합체의 제조 방법으로서, (i) 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 및 이의 혼합물로부터 선택된 플루오르화 단량체, 퍼플루오르화 C3-C8 올레핀, 퍼플루오르화 비닐 에테르 및 이의 혼합물로부터 선택된 플루오르화 단량체 및 퍼옥시드 경화 반응에 참여할 수 있는 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자 또는 하나 이상의 니트릴 기를 가진 퍼플루오르화 단량체로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 플루오르화 경화 부위 단량체의 수계 유화 중합 단계로서, 중합은 플루오로지방족 설피네이트 및 설피네이트를 설포닐 라디칼로 산화시킬 수 있는 산화제의 조합 및/또는 자유 라디칼 개시제 및 클로라이드 염의 조합으로부터 선택된 개시제 시스템에 의해 개시되고, 생성된 퍼플루오로중합체는 실질적으로 이온 말단 기가 없는 것인 단계, 및 (ii) 생성된 수성 분산물로부터 형성된 퍼플루오로중합체를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
