Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 전극,상기 제1 기판에 대향하는 제2 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제2 전극,상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이를 복수의 영역으로 분리하는 격벽, 그리고상기 각 영역 내에 포함되어 있으며 적색, 녹색 및 청색 중 어느 하나로 착색된 복수의 대전 입자를 포함하고, 상기 제2 전극은 상기 각 영역마다 중심부가 오목한 형태를 가지는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,이웃하는 상기 각 영역에는 적색, 녹색 및 청색 중 어느 하나로 착색된 복수의 대전 입자가 각각 포함되어 있는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 각 영역에는 복수의 흑색 대전 입자를 더 포함하는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 흑색 대전 입자는 상기 적색, 녹색 및 청색 중 어느 하나로 착색된 복 수의 대전 입자와 반대 전하를 가지는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 전극은 상기 각 영역마다 분리되어 있으며 각 영역마다 별도의 전압이 인가되는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 기판 위에는 서로 교차하여 화소 영역을 정의하는 게이트선 및 데이터선, 반도체를 포함하고 상기 게이트선 및 상기 데이터선과 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터가 형성되어 있는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 제1 전극 사이에는 유기 물질로 이루어진 보호막을 더 포함하는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 데이터선 위에 상기 격벽이 형성되어 있는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에서,상기 제2 기판과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 층간막을 더 포함하는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제10항에서,상기 층간막은 상기 각 영역마다 중심부가 오목한 형태를 가지는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 전극,상기 제1 기판에 대향하는 제2 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며 오목부를 가지는 제2 전극,상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이를 복수의 영역으로 분리하는 격벽, 그리고상기 각 영역 내에 포함되어 있으며 유체 내에 분산되어 있는 복수의 착색 대전 입자,를 포함하는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제12항에서, 상기 오목부는 상기 각 영역마다 형성되어 있는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제12항에서,상기 제2 기판과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 형성되어 있으며 요철을 가지는 층간막을 더 포함하고, 상기 제2 전극의 오목부는 상기 층간막의 요철로 인하여 형성되는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
- 제12항에서,상기 제1 기판 위에는 서로 교차하여 화소 영역을 정의하는 게이트선 및 데이터선, 반도체를 포함하고 상기 게이트선 및 상기 데이터선과 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터가 형성되어 있는 전기 영동 표시 장치.
