Claims (45)
- 중금속 킬레이트제 및 물로 필수적으로 구성되되, 상기 킬레이트제는 적어도 아민, 카복실산 관능기, 또는 아인산-산소 관능기를 포함하고, pH는 4 이상 11 이하인 수성 세정액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 추가로 산을 포함하는 수성 세정액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 킬레이트제가 EDTA, EGTA, NTA, DTPA, HEIDA, IDS, MGDA, 글루콘산, 2,2'-비피리딜, 포스폰산, 착물 인산염, 그의 혼합물, 또는 그의 염인 수성 세정액.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 산이 모노-, 디-, 또는 폴리카복실산인 수성 세정액.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 산이 아세트산, 옥살산, 말산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 타르타르산, 시트르산, 아스파르트산, 글루탐산, 숙신산, 그중 임의의 2개 이상의 혼합물, 또는 그의 염인 수성 세정액.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 산이 킬레이터인 수성 세정액.
- 금속 수산화물을 포함하는 부식성 수용액에 유리 용기를 노출시키는 단계; 및유효량의 중금속 킬레이트제를 포함하는 세정액으로 유리 용기를 세정하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 킬레이트제는 적어도 아민 관능기, 카복실산 관능기, 또는 아인산-산소 관능기를 포함하고, 세정액은 4 이상 11 이하의 pH를 갖는 것인, 유리 제품 세정 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 세정액이 추가로 산을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 금속 수산화물이 알칼리 금속 수산화물인 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 수산화물이 NaOH 또는 KOH인 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 부식성 수용액이 1 내지 5wt%의 금속 수산화물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 수산화물이 NaOH 또는 KOH인 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 세정액의 pH가 5 내지 9 범위인 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 세정액의 pH가 6 내지 8 범위인 방법.

- 제 28항에 있어서, 중금속이 납, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 비소, 셀레늄, 몰리브덴, 카드뮴, 크롬, 수은, 또는 그의 혼합물인 유리 용기.
- 0.1 내지 50wt%의 킬레이트제 및 물을 포함하되, 상기 킬레이트제는 적어도 아민, 카복실산 관능기, 또는 아인산-산소 관능기를 포함하는 농축된 수성 세정액.
- 제 31항에 있어서, 추가로 0.1 내지 25wt%의 산을 포함하는 세정액.
- 제 31항에 있어서, 킬레이트제가 EDTA, EGTA, NTA, DTPA, HEIDA, IDS, MGDA, 글루콘산, 2,2'-비피리딜, 포스폰산, 착물 인산염, 그의 혼합물, 또는 그의 염인 세정액.
