Claims (9)
- 절연성 기판상에 작용극과 대극을 포함하는 전극이 설치된 바이오센서로서,시료액 중의 특정 성분과 특이적으로 반응하는 시약을 포함하는 시약층은, 효소 및 전자 전달체를 포함하고, 상기 전극상에 형성되거나, 또는 상기 시약층의 시약이 시료액에 용해되어 확산되는 확산 구역내에 전극이 배치되도록 형성되고,나아가, 상기 시약층에는 가용화 단백질을 포함하고,상기 가용화 단백질은 소혈청 알부민, 난알부민, 젤라틴 또는 콜라겐이며,상기 특정 성분의 농도를 측정할 때에, 당해 센서 응답 특성에 대한 헤마토크릿의 영향 및 온도의 영향을 저감시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가용화 단백질의 함유량은 효소 1U당 0.0004 내지 0.008㎎의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가용화 단백질의 함유향은 1센서당 0.0007 내지 0.014㎎의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 가용화 단백질의 함유량은 효소 1U당 0.0035 내지 0.004㎎의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 가용화 단백질의 함유량은 1센서당 0.007㎎인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
