Claims (11)
- 금속층과 수지층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트의 케이스에 전극조립체를 탑재하고 전극조립체 수납부의 외주면을 따라 케이스를 열융착하는 이차전지의 제조방법으로서, 하나의 일체형 실링 블록(sealing block)을 사용하여, 전극조립체의 전극단자가 위치하는 실링부(단자 실링부)와 그것에 인접한 측면 실링부(측면 실링부)를 동시에 형성하고, 상기 실링블록은 전도성이 높고 실링부에 대응하는 형상으로 이루어져 있으며 수직 단면상으로 사각형인 실링 본체, 상기 실링 본체의 내부를 관통하는 홀에 삽입되어 있는 히팅 봉, 및 전지케이스와 접하는 면을 기준으로 상기 히팅 봉의 하측에 삽입되는 온도센서를 포함하고 있고, 상기 실링 본체 중 전지케이스와 접하는 양측 엣지는 R값이 0.5 내지 4의 라운딩 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스는 파우치형 케이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트 시트는 알루미늄 차단층의 일면(외면)에 내구성이 우수한 수지 외곽층이 부가되어 있고, 타면(내면)에 열용융성의 수지 실란트층이 부가되어 있는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스는 전극조립체 수납부가 형성되어 있는 하부 케이스와, 상기 전극조립체 수납부를 덮을 수 있도록 하부 케이스의 일 측면에서 절곡되어 있는 상부 케이스로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 양극 단자와 음극 단자가 서로 대향하 는 방향으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 스택형 구조 또는 스택/폴딩형 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
