Claims (12)
- (1) 서열번호: 1에 나타낸 염기서열로 이루어진 hupS 유전자와 서열번호: 2에 나타낸 염기서열로 이루어진 hupL 유전자를 포함하는 로도박터 스페로이드 (Rhodobacter sphaeroide)의 하이드로게나제(hydrogenase) 유전자로 형질전환된 에스케리키아(Escherichia) 속 숙주세포, 및서열번호: 7에 나타낸 염기서열로 이루어진 nifK 유전자와, 서열번호: 8에 나타낸 염기서열 중 1번째 염기부터 876번째 염기까지로 이루어진 nifD 유전자와 서열번호: 8에 나타낸 염기서열 중 938번째 염기부터 1482번째 염기까지로 이루어진 nifH 유전자를 포함하는 로도박터 스페로이드의 니트로게나제(nitrogenase) 유전자로 형질전환된 에스케리키아 속 숙주세포를 제조하는 단계; 및(2) 상기 숙주세포를 공동 배양하여 수소를 생산하는 단계를 포함하는 수소 생산방법.
