Claims (8)
- 다양한 형상의 유리를 안전하게 제작하는 방법에 있어서,곡면 또는 다양한 형상의 유리를 액상 수지로 코팅하여 경화시키며,상기 액상 수지는 멜라닌계 수지와 상기 멜라닌계 수지를 경화시키는 경화제를 포함하며, 상기 액상 수지의 코팅 두께는 0.06mm ~ 0.12mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 안전유리 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제는 폴리아민계, 폴리아미드계, 및 폴리설파이드계 중 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 안전유리 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 액상 수지는,상기 수지 100% 기준으로 상기 경화제 30% 이상 60% 이하를 포함하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 안전유리 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리를 액상 수지로 코팅하는 방법은,담금 방법 또는 스프레이 방법 중 선택되는 어느 하나의 방법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 안전유리 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 수지로 코팅된 유리는 열 또는 자외선을 사용하여 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 안전유리 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 수지로 코팅된 유리는가시광선 투과율이 80% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 안전유리 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 및 제 7항 중 어느 하나의 제조방법에 의해 제조되어 상기 유리 파손시 유리 파편의 비산을 방지한 고강도 안전유리.
