Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- (a) 유동층 반응기에서 중합 조건하에 적어도 하나의 올레핀을 촉매 시스템과 접촉시키고;(b) 중합 반응 개시 전, 그 동안, 또는 그 후 언제든지, 알콕실화된 아민, 카복실산 염, 폴리설폰, 중합체성 폴리아민, 설폰산, 또는 그의 배합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제(continuity additive)를 반응기 시스템 내로 도입하고;(c) 반응기 시스템의 농축 상(dense phase) 영역 위 또는 아래의 임의의 영역으로서 정의된 혼입 영역(entrainment zone)에서의 정전기 활성 수준을 모니터하고;(d) 반응기 시스템 내로 도입되는 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제의 양을 조절하여 혼입 영역 내 정전기 활성 수준을 0값 또는 0값에 가까운 수준으로 유지시키는 것을 포함하고,중합 반응은 유동층 반응기, 혼입 영역, 중합체를 생산할 수 있는 촉매 시스템을 도입하기 위한 촉매 공급물, 촉매 혼합물과는 독립적으로 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제를 도입하기 위한 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제 공급물, 반응기 시스템 내 벽 및 다른 금속 성분에 대한 혼입된 촉매 입자 및/또는 혼입된 수지 입자 사이의 마찰 접촉으로부터 발생하는 혼입 영역 내 정전기 활성 수준을 모니터하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 반응기 시스템에서 수행되는, 적어도 하나의 올레핀의 중합 반응에 의해 생산된 중합체의 시팅(sheeting)을 저지시키거나 역전시키는 양으로 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제를 반응기 시스템 내로 도입시키는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 촉매 시스템이 메탈로센 또는 통상의 전이금속 촉매를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 기체상 방법을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 중합체가 연속적으로 생산되는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 단량체가 에틸렌 또는 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 촉매 시스템이 메탈로센 촉매 시스템을 포함하고, 혼입 영역내 정전기 활성 수준을 측정하기 위한 수단이 적어도 하나의 리사이클 라인 정적 프로브, 적어도 하나의 환상 디스크 프로브, 적어도 하나의 분배기 플레이트 정적 프로브 또는 적어도 하나의 상부 반응기 정적 프로브중 하나 이상을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제가 에톡실화된 스테아릴 아민을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제가 알루미늄 스테아레이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제가 알루미늄 올레에이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제가 혼합물의 5 내지 15중량%의 농도로 존재하는 1 데센-폴리설폰, 혼합물의 5 내지 15중량%의 농도로 존재하는 N-탤로우-1,3-디아미노프로판 및 에피클로로하이드린의 반응 산물, 혼합물의 5 내지 15중량%의 농도로 존재하는 도데실벤젠설폰산, 및 혼합물의 60 내지 85 중량%의 농도의 탄화수소 용매의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제가 간헐적으로 도입되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제가 액체 탄화수소중 슬러리 또는 액체 탄화수소중 용액으로서 도입되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제가 또한 촉매 공급물을 통해 반응기 시스템내로 도입되는 촉매 혼합물중에 존재하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유동층 반응기중 적어도 하나의 연속 첨가제의 양이 유동층 반응기에서 생산되는 중합체의 중량에 기초하여 1 내지 50ppm의 농도로 유지되는 방법.
