Claims (6)
- 결정 규소 기판과, 상기 결정 규소 기판의 수광면에 형성되는 외부 전력 취출용의 셀 전극과, 상기 셀 전극에 접속되는 표면 탭선과, 상기 결정 규소 기판의 반수광면에 형성되는 이면 전극과, 상기 이면 전극에 접속되는 이면 탭선을 갖는 태양 전지셀에 있어서,
상기 이면 전극과 이면 탭선의 접속이 수지계의 도전성 페이스트 또는 도전성 필름에 의해 이루어져 있으며,
상기 이면 전극이 상기 결정 규소 기판의 반수광면에 고르게 형성되어 있고, 상기 이면 전극이 알루미늄층이며, 상기 이면 전극의 집전이 이면 은 전극을 설치하지 않고 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지셀. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 탭선과 상기 셀 전극의 접속이 수지계의 도전성 페이스트 또는 도전성 필름에 의해 이루어져 있는 태양 전지셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이면 전극이 상기 결정 실리콘 기판의 반수광면에 일면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규소 기판이 반수광면측 일면에 P+ 층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 페이스트 또는 도전성 필름이 금속 입자, 박편상 금속, 금속 도금 플라스틱 입자, 저융점 땜납 입자의 1종 이상의 도전 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지셀.
- 결정 규소 기판과, 상기 결정 규소 기판의 수광면에 형성되는 외부 전력 취출용의 셀 전극과, 상기 셀 전극에 접속되는 표면 탭선과, 상기 결정 규소 기판의 반수광면에 형성되는 이면 전극과, 상기 이면 전극에 접속되는 이면 탭선을 갖는 태양 전지셀을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 이면 전극이 상기 결정 규소 기판의 반수광면에 고르게 형성되어 있고, 상기 이면 전극이 알루미늄층이며,
상기 이면 전극과 이면 탭선의 접속이 수지계의 도전성 페이스트 또는 도전성 필름에 의해 이루어져 있으며, 상기 이면 전극의 집전이 이면 은 전극을 설치하지 않고 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지셀의 제조 방법.
