Claims (11)
- 태양 전지(10, 11)가 다수의 생산 단계에서 스크린 프린팅 방법에 따라 프린팅되는 태양 전지(10, 11) 생산 방법에 있어서,
태양 전지(10, 11)와 프린팅 방향(18, 21, 29)은 적어도 하나의 제1프린팅 작업중에는 서로에 대해 제1방향으로 향하고, 적어도 하나의 다른 프린팅 작업중에는 서로에 대해 다른 방향으로 향하며; 제1프린팅 작업에서 버스 바아(14 내지 17)는 태양 전지면(12, 13)상에 프린팅되고, 프린팅 방향은 프린팅될 버스 바아(14 내지 17)의 신장 방향이며; 또 다른 프린팅 작업에서 버스 바아 및 핑거(27, 28)는 태양 전지 전면(수광측)(25, 26)상에 프린팅되고, 프린팅 방향은 프린팅될 핑거(27, 28)의 신장 방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 생산 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 프린팅될 태양 전지(10, 11)는 적어도 하나의 프린팅 작업 이전에 90°회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 생산 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 프린팅 작업에서 적어도 일부의 사각형 구조물은 프린팅 방향(18, 21, 29)으로 프린팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 생산 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2프린팅 작업에서 태양 전지 후면(12, 13)이 프린팅되고, 프린팅 방향은 이미 프린팅된 버스 바아(14 내지 17)의 신장 방향이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 생산 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 프린팅 작업 이전에, 태양 전지(10, 11)는 파지기로 파지되고, 프린팅 방향(18, 21, 29)에 대해 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 생산 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 프린팅 작업에서, 다수의 태양 전지(10, 11)는 동시에 프린팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 생산 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법을 실행하기 위한 스크린 프린팅 플랜트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 프린팅 유니트는 플랫 스크린 프린팅 유니트이며, 프린팅 방향은 닥터 이동 방향에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 프린팅 플랜트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 프린팅 유니트는 로터리 스크린 프린팅 유니트이며, 프린팅 방향은 태양 전지의 이송 방향에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 프린팅 플랜트.
