Description
Claims (20)
- a) 표적 핵산을 포함하는 샘플로부터 얻은 DNA 주형에 옥사닌 염기를 함유한 라이게이션 단편서열 및 DNA 리가제를 처리하는 단계; 및b) 상기 처리 산물의 라이게이션 반응 산물을 분석하는 단계를 포함하는 단일염기다형성(SNP) 분석 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 옥사닌 염기를 함유한 라이게이션 단편을 다운스트림 서열로 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 SNP 분석방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 다운스트림 서열은 동위원소 표지된 것을 특징으로 하는 SNP 분석방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 DNA 리가제는 T4 DNA 리가제인 것을 특징으로 하는 SNP 분석방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 분석방법은 그 결과를 통하여 업스트림 의 G:T 와 G:C 구별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SNP 분석방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 라이게이션 단편 서열은 서열번호 4에 기재된 단편인 SNP 분석방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 옥사닌 염기를 함유한 라이게이션 단편 서열을 칩 또는 파티클 상에 고정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SNP 분석 방법.
- 옥사닌 염기서열을 함유한 라이게이션 단편이 고정된 SNP 분석용 칩.
- 삭제
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 라이게이션 단편 서열은 서열번호 4에 기재된 단편인 SNP 분석용 칩.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 라이게이션 단편은 동위원소 표지된 단편인 SNP 분석용 칩.
- 옥사닌 염기서열을 함유한 라이게이션 단편이 고정된 SNP 분석용 파티클.
