Abstract
상기한 본 발명은 주물공정에 사용되고 나서 폐기되는 폐주물사로부터 철성분과 실리카성분을 분리시켜 방사선 차폐블럭의 원료로 재활용함으로써, 자원절약 및 이를 통한 비용절감의 효과가 있고, 폐기물 처리에 따른 환경오염을 예방하는 효과를 갖는다.

- (a) 주물사로부터 차폐용 철성분을 분리하는 단계;
(b) 상기 철성분과 응고제조성물을 믹싱하는 단계;
(c) 상기 믹싱된 혼합물을 형틀에 주입하는 단계;
(d) 상기 형틀 내의 혼합물을 바이브레이터를 이용해 기포제거 및 압축하는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 (d)단계를 거친 혼합물을 건조, 양생하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 (a)단계는,
(a-1) 주물사에 포함된 이물질을 제거하는 단계;
(a-2) 상기 정제된 주물사를 호퍼에 투입하는 단계;
(a-3) 상기 호퍼에 투입된 주물사를 콘베이어로 이송하는 단계;
(a-4) 상기 이송되는 주물사를 건조기를 통과시켜 수분을 제거하는 단계;
(a-5) 상기 건조된 주물사로부터 철성분을 자력을 이용해 1차선별하는 단계;
(a-6) 상기 1차자력선별되고 남은 주물사를 볼밀에 투입하여 분쇄하는 단계; 및
(a-7) 상기 볼밀에 의해 분쇄된 주물사분말을 사이클론으로 집진시켜 사이로에 저장함으로써, 주물사분말과 철성분을 2차비중선별하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 차폐블럭 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (a-4)단계의 건조온도는 80~100℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 차폐블럭 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (a-7)단계의 사이클론 집진된 주물사분말의 분말도는 6,000 ㎠/g이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 차폐블럭 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (a-7)단계의 2차비중선별된 철성분의 입도규격은 3mm이하 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 차폐블럭 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (b)단계는 철성분 80~86중량부, 응고제조성물 13.7~19.5중량부, 혼화제 0.3~0.5중량부로 혼합 믹싱하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 차폐블럭 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 혼화제는 고유동화제, 공기연행제 및 점증제가 포함되는 구성으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 차폐블럭 제조방법.
