Claims (24)
- 하기 성분을 포함하는 크롬 환원 액체 조성물:황산 주석을 용해된 형태 및 0.001 내지 1.0 미크론의 평균 입경을 갖는 균일하게 분산된 고체 입자 형태로 동시에 함유하는 수성 액체 담체로서, 상기 균일하게 분산된 고체 입자는 상기 액체 담체 내에 상기 액체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 40% 내지 70%의 양으로 분산되고;상기 수성 액체 담체는 상기 액체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 5% 내지 50%의 물을 포함하며;상기 수성 액체 담체는 추가로 디우탄 및 크산탄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 생중합성 다당류 점도 개질제를 포함하고, 상기 생중합성 다당류는 상기 크롬 환원 액체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1% 내지 10.0%의 양으로 존재하고;상기 생중합성 다당류 점도 개질제는 상기 크롬 환원 액체 조성물의 28일 보관 후에도 상기 크롬 환원 액체 조성물 내에서 상기 황산 주석의 농도를 균일하게 제공하도록 작동하고, 시멘트 제조 공정 내로 상기 크롬 환원 액체를 펌핑하기 용이하게 되도록 쉬어 티닝(sheer thinning) 특성을 제공함으로써 시멘트가 클링커로부터 분쇄되며, 상기 수성 액체 담체는 황산 주석을 단독으로 물에 용해시키는 것에 의해 보통 수득되는 수준 보다 더 높은 수준으로 황산 주석을 함유하는 수성 액체 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 적어도 하나의 알칸올아민을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알칸올아민이 트리에탄올아민, 디에탄올아민, 트리이소프로판올아민 및 그의 염 형성물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 6가 크롬 환원 방법:제1항에 따른 조성물로 시멘트 클링커를 인터그라인딩(intergrinding) 하는 단계.
- 수화성 시멘트상 물질 및 제1항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 산화에 대하여 더욱 내성을 갖도록 작동하는 물질로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황산염 입자 이외에 적어도 하나의 부가적 6가 크롬 환원제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 부가적 6가 크롬 환원제가 금속염인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 황산철을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 항산화제, 산소 제거제, 또는 그의 혼합물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황산 주석 입자가 상기 액체 담체 내에 상기 조성물의 건조 중량을 기준으로 50% 내지 60%의 양으로 분산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칸올아민, 글리콜, 슈가, 클로라이드염 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 시멘트 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
