Description
Claims (10)
- 수정 인벨로프와 할로겐화물 충진재를 갖는 무수은 고압 방전 램프이며,상기 램프는 텅스텐과, 0 중량% 이상 0.5 중량% 이하인 토륨을 함유하는 하나 이상의 전극을 포함하고, 램프는 하나 이상의 Mo 함유 리드 인 와이어 또는 포일을 포함하여, Mo 함유 와이어 또는 포일은 TiO2를 포함하고, EU-카메이커(EU-Carmaker) 사이클 테스트에 따라 2500 시간 이상 7500 시간 이하의 특성 수명을 갖는 무수은 고압 방전 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극 로드 형태의 전극 샤프트는 50 ㎛ 내지 1000 ㎛인 전극 로드 직경을 갖는 전극 로드를 갖는 무수은 고압 방전 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전극이 전극 헤드로 지칭되는 버너의 내부 방전 벌브와 결합 또는 샌드위치되는 위치까지의 전극 로드의 길이가 100 ㎛ 내지 10000 ㎛이거나, 상기 전극 헤드가 3000 ㎛의 최대 직경을 갖는 무수은 고압 방전 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 두 개의 대향된 전극 팁 사이의 거리는 적어도 0.5 ㎜ 내지 15.0 ㎜인 무수은 고압 방전 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 램프의 충진재는 Na, Sc, Xe, Zn, In, I의 성분 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 무수은 고압 방전 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Mo 함유 와이어 또는 포일은 300 ppm 이상이고 2000 ppm 이하인 TiO2를 포함하는 무수은 고압 방전 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 램프는 하나 이상의 전극을 포함하고, 상기 전극은,0 ppm ≤ K ≤ 1000 ppm 또는0 ppm ≤ Al ≤ 200 ppm 또는0 ppm ≤ Si ≤ 500 ppm 또는0 ppm ≤ Cr ≤ 5 ppm 또는0 ppm ≤ Fe ≤ 30 ppm 또는0 ppm ≤ Ni ≤ 10 ppm 또는0 ppm ≤ Cu ≤ 5 ppm 또는0 ppm ≤ Mo ≤ 500 ppm을 포함하는 무수은 고압 방전 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 램프의 내부 냉간 압력은 0.5 × 105 Pa 이상이고 20 × 105 Pa 이하인 무수은 고압 방전 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 램프 내측의 나트륨의 농도는 0.1 ㎍/㎣ < Na < 50 ㎍/㎣이고, 또는 램프 내측의 Sc의 농도는 0.1 ㎍/㎣ < Sc < 50 ㎍/㎣이고, 또는 램프 내측의 Th의 농도는 0 ㎍/㎣ < Th < 1 ㎍/㎣이고, 또는 램프 내측의 I의 농도는 1 ㎍/㎣ < I < 150 ㎍/㎣인 무수은 고압 방전 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 무수은 고압 방전 램프를 포함하는 시스템이며, 상기 시스템은 다음의 응용분야 중 하나에 이용하도록 설계되는 시스템.- 매장 조명- 가정용 조명- 자동차 헤드 램프- 다른 자동차용 조명- 액센트 조명- 스폿 조명- 극장 조명- 소비자용 TV 응용분야- 광섬유 응용분야 및 프로젝션 시스템.
