Claims (15)
- 인터페론(interferon)을 발현하는, 유전자적으로 변형된 진피 미세 기관으로서,
상기 진피 미세 기관은, 진피 조직의 세포들 및 기질을 포함한 복수 개의 진피 성분들로 이루어지며 표피층을 포함하지 않는 생조직(living tissue)의 외식편(explant)으로서, 그들이 유래한 진피 조직의 미세구조 및 3차 구조를 유지하고, 상기 진피 미세 기관에서의 불충분한 영양 및 노폐물의 축적으로 인한 세포 독성과 수반되는 사멸을 최소화하기 위해, 진피 미세 기관 세포로의 적절한 영양분 및 가스의 수동적 확산 및 진피 미세 기관 세포 밖으로의 세포 노폐물의 확산을 허용하도록 선택된 크기를 가지되, 그 길이가 10~60 mm이고, 횡단면 중 하나 이상의 크기는 0.5~3.5 mm이며, 상기 진피 미세 기관은 시험관 내(in vitro)에서 45일 이상 유지될 수 있고;
상기 진피 미세 기관의 상기 세포들 중 일부 또는 전부는 상기 인터페론(interferon)을 발현하는, 유전자적으로 변형된 진피 미세 기관. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인터페론은 인터페론 알파, 인터페론 베타, 및 인터페론 감마로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 유전자적으로 변형된 진피 미세 기관.
