Claims (10)
- 내화도료 조성물로서,
바인더, 탄화제, 발포제, 산촉매제, 보강제 및 첨가제를 포함하고,
상기 바인더는 변성 실리콘계 수지로 이루어져 있으며,
고온에서 발포 팽창된 발포층이 우수한 내열성 및 단열성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 실리콘계 발포형 내화도료 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 변성 실리콘계 수지는 폴리 실라놀에 에폭사이드 관능기가 2 내지 3 개의 범위로 포함되어 있는 구조로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 실리콘계 발포형 내화도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 변성 실리콘계 수지는 중량평균 분자량이 250 내지 1200의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 실리콘계 발포형 내화도료 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리 실라놀은 알콕시 실리케이트를 가수분해하여 얻어진 실라놀을 축합반응시켜 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 실리콘계 발포형 내화도료 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리 실라놀은 폴리알콕시 실록산을 가수분해하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 실리콘계 발포형 내화도료 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알콕시 실록산을 가수분해하는 경우, 알콕시와 물의 당량비가 1 : 1 내지 1 : 2의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 실리콘계 발포형 내화도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강제는 장축의 길이가 20 내지 300 ㎛, 두께가 0.1 내지 5 ㎛인 판상형 유리 플레이크(glass flake)인 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 실리콘계 발포형 내화도료 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 판상형 유리 플레이크는 평균 종횡비(aspect ratio)가 30 내지 300인 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 실리콘계 발포형 내화도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제는 요변성제 및/또는 흐름방지제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 실리콘계 발포형 내화도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내화도료 조성물은 1회에 4 mm 이상의 두께로 도장하는 경우, 수직면에서 흘러내리지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 실리콘계 발포형 내화도료 조성물.
