Abstract
또한 본 발명은 지브(3)가 지브의 이동에 의해서 버팀유닛(9)의 고정 프레임(10)에 설치되어 위치하는 정해진 위치에서, 버팀유닛이 지브(3)에 마련된 승강수단(30)에 의해서 위치하고, 버팀유닛(9)는 승강수단(30)으로부터 해제되고, 만일 버팀유닛을 위치시킨 후에 이것이 아직 도달하지 않는다면, 지브(3)이 버팀유닛-설치 길이에 이동하고, 고정 프레임(10)에 지브(3)의 설치된 연결을 구성하기 위해서 지브가 이동되고, 상부(10)가 개방된 고정 프레임(10)의 단면으로 삽입될 수 있는 신축식 크레인의 지브(3)에 버팀유닛(9)을 설치하는 방법에 관련된다.

Claims (12)
- 보기(1)와 회전될 수 있도록 하기 위해서 그것에 장착되는 상부구조(2)를 구비하며, 직립식 지브(3)가 배치되고, 외부 지브 기초부(4)와 하나 또는 그 이상의 지브 신축부(7)를 구비하는 신축식 크레인;
지브(3)에 설치될 수 있고, 직립가능한 버팀 지지부(11)와 지브(3)에 결합되는 고정 프레임(10)을 구비하는 버팀유닛(9);을 포함하고,
고정 프레임(10)은 유닛을 형성하기 위해 버팀 지지부(11)에 연결되고,
고정 프레임(10)은 상부에 개방된 단면을 구비하여, 지브(3)이 삽입되어 그 개방점에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축식 크레인-버팀유닛 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
고정 프레임(10)은 상부에서 개방되고, 상부의 일측면에서, 지브부 칼라(6)인 지브 설치부를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축식 크레인-버팀유닛 시스템. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
버팀유닛(9)의 이동모드에서 해체가능한 부가 스트러트(19, 20)가 직립 스트러트의 자유로운 끝단의 사이 또는 고정 프레임, 그것의 개방된 단면부에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축식 크레인-버팀유닛 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
지브(3)와 버팀유닛(9)이 각각 위치되고, 버팀유닛의 고정 프레임(10)에 지브(3)가 결합되어 지브-버팀유닛 위치유닛(17, 18, 22)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축식 크레인-버팀유닛 시스템. - 제4항에 있어서,
위치유닛(17, 18, 22)은 지브(3)와 고정 프레임(10)의 사이에 배치되는 위치 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축식 크레인-버팀유닛 시스템. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
정해진 방식으로 고정 프레임(10)을 구비한 버팀유닛(9)를 위치시키는 위치유닛(17, 18, 22)은 고정 프레임(10)이 지브(3)의 버팀유닛-설치 길이에 대응해서 지브의 상부구조 접합점으로부터 이격하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축식 크레인-버팀유닛 시스템. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
위치유닛의 동시작동 부품은 신축식 크레인의 보기(1)와 버팀유닛(9) 또는 상부구조(2)와 버팀유닛(9)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축식 크레인-버팀유닛 시스템. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
위치유닛은 아래에 서술된
- 정지 또는, 고정가능한 부재
- 적어도 하나의 평면에 대해서 이동을 방지하는 완전한 또는 불완전한 고정 수단
- 지브-버팀 유닛 방향에 대해서 이동을 방지하는 완전한 또는 불완전한 고정 수단
- 해제가능한 고정 메커니즘, 특히 힘에 의해서 해제가능한 고정 메커니즘
- 상부의 톱니, 홈, 상방향 홀더의 형태로부터 수용되고 접근 가능한 측방의 고정 지지 홀더로, 주변의 폐쇄된 측방 고리, 고리 측방 락(22)을 구비함
- 버팀유닛(9)에 해체가능한 위치 또는 설치 지지부(17, 18)
- 지브(3)를 구비한 버팀유닛(9)을 이동시키도록 설계된 버팀유닛-승강수단, 특히 케이블과 버팀유닛(9)에 고정점들
인 위치부재를 적어도 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축식 크레인-버팀유닛 시스템. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
버팀 지지부(11)는 피벗 블록(13)에 의해서 유압식으로 측방으로 회전될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축식 크레인-버팀유닛 시스템. - 제1항, 제2항, 제4항, 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
버팀유닛은 지브의 칼라 영역의 지브 기초부의 칼라 영역(6)에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축식 크레인-버팀유닛 시스템. - - 지브(3)가 지브의 이동에 의해서 버팀유닛(9)의 고정 프레임(10)에 설치되어 위치하는 정해진 위치에서, 버팀유닛이 지브(3)에 마련된 승강수단(30)에 의해서 위치하고,
- 버팀유닛(9)는 승강수단(30)으로부터 해제되고,
- 만일 버팀유닛을 위치시킨 후에 버팀유닛-설치 길이에 도달하지 않는다면, 지브(3)를 버팀유닛-설치 길이 대응하여 이동하고,
- 고정 프레임(10)에 지브(3)의 설치된 연결을 구성하기 위해서 지브가 이동되고, 상부(10)가 개방된 고정 프레임(10)의 단면으로 삽입될 수 있는 신축식 크레인의 지브(3)에 버팀유닛(9)을 설치하는 방법. - 신축식 크레인의 지브(3)에 버팀유닛(9)를 설치할 때에,
제1항, 제2항, 제4항, 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 시스템 중에 하나를 사용하는 방법.
