Claims (35)
- 무선 송수신 유닛(wireless transmit/receive unit; WTRU)에서 사용하기 위한 방법에 있어서,셀룰러 네트워크와 통신하고;IEEE 802 WLAN(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers 802 wireless local area network)와 통신하고;상기 IEEE 802 WLAN을 통해, 이 IEEE 802 WLAN이 긴급 호에 대해 상기 셀룰러 네트워크에 비해 우선 순위를 갖는다는 표시를 수신하고;상기 IEEE 802 WLAN이 상기 긴급 호를 처리하는데 이용 가능하지 않다고 결정하며;상기 셀룰러 네트워크를 이용하여 상기 긴급 호를 개시하는 것을 포함하는 WTRU에서 사용하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 IEEE 802 WLAN은 802.11x WLAN 기술을 이용하는 것인 WTRU에서 사용하기 위한 방법.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 프로세서는 UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) 기술을 이용하는 셀룰러 네트워크와 통신하도록 구성되는 것인 무선 송수신 유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수신기는 MAC(medium access control) 프레임에서 상기 표시를 수신하도록 구성되는 것인 무선 송수신 유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수신기는 제어 프레임, 관리 프레임, 또는 데이터 프레임에서 상기 표시를 수신하도록 구성되는 것인 무선 송수신 유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수신기는 상기 표시를 비트 플래그, 긴급 메시지 유형 정보 요소(information element; IE), 긴급 메시지 필드, 또는 긴급 호 코드로서 수신하도록 구성되는 것인 무선 송수신 유닛.
