Description
Claims (27)
- 기지국 시스템(BSS; base station system)에 있어서,제1 시간 슬롯 상에서 적어도 2개의 직교 서브채널(OSC; orthogonal sub-channel)을 확립하는 수단으로서, 상기 적어도 2개의 OSC는 제1 OSC 및 제2 OSC를 포함하고, 제1 무선 송수신 유닛(WTRU; wireless transmit/receive unit)이 상기 제1 OSC에 할당되며, 제2 WTRU가 상기 제2 OSC에 할당되는 것인, 상기 적어도 2개의 OSC를 확립하는 수단;상기 적어도 2개의 OSC 중 각각의 OSC에서의 전송 전력을 독립적으로 제어하는 수단;상기 제1 OSC를 통해 제1 WTRU에 대하여 정보를 전송하고 상기 제2 OSC를 통해 제2 WTRU에 대하여 정보를 전송하는 수단;상기 제1 OSC 및 상기 제2 OSC 상의 채널 상태를 모니터링하는 수단; 및상기 모니터링된 채널 상태에 기초하여 상기 제1 시간 슬롯 상의 상기 제2 OSC로부터 제2 시간 슬롯으로 상기 제2 WTRU를 할당하는 수단을 포함하는 기지국 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 OSC 또는 상기 제2 OSC는 패킷 교환(PS; packet switched) 도메인에서의 데이터 교환에 사용되는 것인 기지국 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1 OSC 또는 상기 제2 OSC는 패킷 데이터 채널(PDCH; Packet Data Channel)로서 사용되고 직교 패킷 데이터 채널(O-PDCH; orthogonal packet data channel)로서 정의되는 것인 기지국 시스템.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 PDCH는 단일 반송파에서의 시간 슬롯을 포함하는 것인 포함하는 것인 기지국 시스템.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,다운링크 방향에서 패킷 타이밍 제어 채널(PTCCH; packet timing control channel)로서 OSC를 사용하는 수단 및 업링크 방향에서 PDCH로서 OSC를 수신하는 수단을 더 포함하는 기지국 시스템.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,다운링크 방향에서 패킷 타이밍 제어 채널(PTCCH; packet timing control channel)로서 OSC를 사용하는 수단 및 업링크 방향에서 PDCH를 수신하는 수단을 더 포함하는 기지국 시스템.
- 무선 통신에 사용하는 방법에 있어서,제1 시간 슬롯 상에서 적어도 2개의 직교 서브채널(OSC)을 확립하고 - 상기 적어도 2개의 OSC는 제1 OSC 및 제2 OSC를 포함하고, 제1 무선 송수신 유닛(WTRU)이 상기 제1 OSC에 할당되며, 제2 WTRU가 상기 제2 OSC에 할당됨 - ;상기 적어도 2개의 OSC 중 각각의 OSC에서의 전송 전력을 독립적으로 제어하고;상기 제1 OSC를 통해 제1 WTRU에 대하여 정보를 전송하고 상기 제2 OSC를 통해 제2 WTRU에 대하여 정보를 전송하고;상기 제1 OSC 및 상기 제2 OSC 상의 채널 상태를 모니터링하고;상기 모니터링된 채널 상태에 기초하여 상기 제1 시간 슬롯 상의 상기 제2 OSC로부터 제2 시간 슬롯으로 상기 제2 WTRU를 할당하는 것을 포함하는 무선 통신 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 제1 OSC 또는 상기 제2 OSC는 패킷 교환(PS) 도메인에서의 데이터 교환에 사용되는 것인 무선 통신 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 제1 OSC 또는 상기 제2 OSC는 패킷 데이터 채널(PDCH)로서 사용되고 직교 패킷 데이터 채널(O-PDCH)로서 정의되는 것인 무선 통신 방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 PDCH는 단일 반송파에서의 시간 슬롯을 포함하는 것인 무선 통신 방법.
